The Effect Of Discontinuation Of Dual Antiplatelet Drugs Before Operation On Postoperative Neurological Complications In Patients With Off-pump Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting

Objective: The perioperative follow-up was performed on patients with off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting(OPCABG).The relationship between discontinuation of dual antiplatelet drugs before operation and postoperative neurological complications was discussed.Methods: 100 patients received OPCABG were divided into two groups according to whether or not to stop using antiplatelet drugs for more than 7days before operation: observation group(group A)and control group(group C).Group C was divided into single aspirin group(group C1),single clopidogrel group(group C2)and dual antiplatelet drugs group(group C3).The postoperative neurological complications were recorded and the conclusions were drawn.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference in group A,group C,group C1,group C2,and group C3 in basic vital signs,operation time,vasoactive drug use,and fluid intake(P>0.05).2.There was statistically significant difference in the incidence of postoperative neurological complications in group A,group C,group C1,group C2,and group C3(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative neurological complications in group A was higher than that in group C,group C1,group C2,and group C3.3.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of postoperative neurological complications in group C1,group C2,and group C3(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Preoperative discontinuation of dual antiplatelet agents can increasethe incidence of postoperative neurological complications in OPCABG patients.2.With aspirin alone,clopidogrel alone or dual antiplatelet drugs before operation can reduce postoperative neurological complications in patients with OPCABG.3.There was no difference in the incidence of postoperative neurological complications with aspirin alone,clopidogrel alone or dual antiplatelet drugs before operation.
