| Objective:To investigate the effects of vasoactive drugs on postoperative neurological complications in patients undergoing off-pump coronary artery bypass graft(OPCABG)by surgical follow-up.Methods:100 cases of OPCABG patients were selected.According to the vasoactive drugs, they were divided into the treated group(Group D)and the un-treated group(Group N).The Group D were divided into the norepinephrine group(Group D1),the ephedrine group(Group D2),and the combined group(Group D3).According to the single dose of norepinephrine,theyweredividedinto≥10μg(GroupNE1)and<10μg(Group NE2).Postoperative neurological complications were recorded and conclusions were drawn.Results:1.In the 100 patients,38cases(38.0%)had postoperative neurological complications.2.Of the 100 patients,38 cases(38.0%)were used vasoactive drugs.3.The prevalence of hypertension in the group D and the group N was71.1%and 45.2%,and the postoperative neurological complication rate was55.3%and 27.4%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Except for hypertension, the incidence of postoperative neurological complications in the group D was higher than that in the group N.4.There were significant differences in the postoperative neurological complication rate between the group N and the group D1 or D3(P<0.05).The incidence was higher in the group D1 or in the group D3 than in the group N.There was no significant difference in the postoperative neurological complication rate between the group N and the group D2(P>0.05).5.There was no significant difference in the postoperative neurological complication rate between the group D1 and the group D3(P>0.05).6.There were significant differences in the postoperative neurological complication rate between the group NE1 and the group N or NE2(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative neurological complications in group NE1 was higher than that in the group N or the group NE2.There was no significant difference in the postoperative neurological complication rate between the group NE2 and the group N(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Compared with the un-treated group, the use of ephedrine during surgery doesn’t increase the incidence of postoperative neurological complications.2.Compared with the un-treated group, intraoperative use of norepinephrine with a single dose≥10μg increases the incidence of postoperative neurological complications. |
