Follow-up Of Endoscopic Variceal Dense Ligation Combined With Endoscopic Injection Small Does Sclerotherapy For Severe Gastroesophageal Varices Of Cirrhosis

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of endoscopic variceal dense ligation combined with endoscopic injection small does sclerotherapy for severe gastroesophageal varices.Methods:There 75 patients with liver cirrhosis were admitted who were hospitalized in the Department of Gastroenterology of The Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University from January 2013 to January 2018,and were diagnosed severe gastroesophageal varices,were treated with endoscopic variceal dense ligation combined with endoscopic injection small does sclerotherapy.Count the basic information of the study object,Child-Pugh grade,the treatment of ligation and sclerotherapy,disappearance of esophageal and gastric,bleeding,complications and count the result of following up.Results:1.The rate of hemostasis was 100% in 55 patients after medical and endoscopic treatment,esophageal varices of 60 patients were cured(84.5%),65 cases(92.86%)of gastric varicose vein were cured.2.In this study,there are 36 cases of bleeding during treatment and follow-up for gastroesophageal varices(28 patients,seven of them suffered twice bleeding and one of them three times).3.In the case of esophageal and gastric treatment,only one time for endoscopic variceal dense ligation,the patients were 2.82%(2/71)and 47.14%(33/70)for the clinical cure of varicose veins.After repeated ligation,32.39%(23/71)and 38.57%(27/70)were used to achieve clinical cure of varicose veins.49.29%(35/71)and 7.14%(5/70)were cured by endoscopic variceal dense ligation combined with endoscopic injection small does sclerotherapy.4.The main adverse reactions were throat discomfort,pain of substernal,fever,nausea,vomiting,ulcers,dysuria and other discomfort.5 The score of Child-Pugh in patients was lower than that before operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endoscopic variceal dense ligation combined with endoscopic injection small does sclerotherapy for gastroesophageal varices is effective,with high rate of emergency hemostasis,high cure rate of varicose veins,low rebleeding rate,low recurrence rate,mild adverse reactions and improve the liver function of the patients.
