Hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy(HDCP)is a disease with pregnancy and elevated blood pressure, and the specific etiology is not yet clear.Oxidative stress is the unbalance of the body regulation system between oxidation system and antioxidant system, which would lead to injury of tissue and cell apoptosis.Oxidative stress is one of the important factors leading to HDCP and play an important role in occurrence and development of HDCP.The C-Jun N-terminal Kinase Pathway not only plays an important role in affectting cell proliferation and differentiation but also have a influence in cell apoptosis. The studys show that oxidative stress can activate the C-Jun Nterminal Kinase Pathway.but whether activation of C-Jun N-terminal Kinase Pathway and its downstream apoptosis inducing factor Bax have relationship with the occurrence and development of HDCP.The studys show that cell apoptosis regulation system plays an important role in pathogenesis of HDCP,the study focus on Bcl-2,Fas/Fas L and p53.This article will make a review about the relevance of the oxidative stress, activation of C-Jun N-terminal Kinase Pathway and its downstream apoptosis inducing factor Bax with the occurrence and development of HDCP.
