Referral To Cardiac Rehabilitation After Percutaneous Coronary Intervention:a Qualitative Study

Objective: To investigate the internal and external components affecting the patients referral to cardiac rehabilitation after operation and their relationship,in order to improving the rate of referral to cardiac rehabilitation after PCI.Methods: Semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted among the number of 18 patients of preparing discharged after PCI.Giorgi analysis metheds was used to analyze data.Results: Four themes were extracted,including referral to cardiac rehabilitation after PCI are rarely known,the causes of influence on referral to cardiac rehabilitation after PCI,influencing factors of referral to cardiac rehabilitation after PCI and potential promoting factors of referral to cardiac rehabilitation after PCI.Conclusion: Referral to cardiac rehabilitation of discharged patients after PCI is affected by some factors,which should be paid attention to the process of formulation and implementation of relevant intervention plans.
