Objective To investigate the correlation between ultrasonographic features and P63,Calponin of invasive breast cancer. Methods 30 patients who had been diagnosed as invasive breast cancer confirmed by histopathology test from November in 2016 to June in 2017 were selected in this study. The correlation between the expressions of P63,Calponin and the pre-surgery ultrasonic qualitative and quantitative features was analyzed after the immunohistochemical staining. Results Spicule sign of the tumor was correlated with the negative expression of P63;Diameter expansion after CEUS showed significant association with the loss of calponin.Microcalcification and enhancement indensity were associated with the negative expression of both P63 and calponin. Conclusion Some features of ultralsonic images have a certain correlation with the molecular markers of breast cancer, which may provide a guidance for clinical treatment and prognosis assessment.
