Progress Of Pathogenesis And Etiology Of Urinary Lithiasis

Urinary lithiasis is a very common disease in our country,which can cause pain,nausea,vomiting,hematuresis and other symptoms,and some patients suffer the infections,acute kidney injury,urinary tract stenosis,secondary lithiasis from it.Theories to explain the pathogenesis of lithiasis formation are incomplete,including Randall’s plaques,supersaturated urine,matrix of stone.The formation of lithiasis is a very complicated process.Until now,there are no perfect conclusion but we can explain some phenomena found in this process with these theories.On the other hand,there are a lot of researches about the etiology of lithiasis,which can be concluded in the aspects of dietary,metabolism,gene,local factors and so on.This paper will make a reivew to highlight the latest relative progress of the pathogenesis and etiology of urinary lithiasis.
