| Coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,referred to as coronary heart disease,which has highly harmful to human health and which is a huge economic burden.Every year,cardiovascular diseases causes the death of a large number of people worldwide.The cause of this disease has not been fully determined,extensive and in-depth study of the common coronary atherosclerosis showed that this disease has multiple causes,the main risk factors include dyslipidemia,hypertension,diabetes,smoking,genetic factors,physical inactivity,age and sex,alcohol intake,etc.Several domestic and international studies have shown that ABO blood group is closely related to the incidence of coronary heart disease,and is even closely related to the severity of coronary artery disease.Compared with type O blood,non-O blood(including blood type A,type B,and AB blood)of the patients suffering from an increased risk of coronary heart disease,.Some studies suggest that A blood-group is an independent risk factor of coronary heart disease,and The direct link between type B blood and type AB blood and coronary heart disease has not been determined..however different research results are not the same.The action mechanism is not clear,and the research shows that the ABO blood group system may be related to the occurrence of coronary heart disease through blood lipid,some coagulation factors,thrombosis,inflammation factors and more.Because blood type detection is relatively simple and easy,it is very valuable for the intervention of coronary heart disease to identify the relationship between blood type and coronary heart disease.In this paper,the correlation between different blood groups and coronary heart disease and its mechanism is reviewed. |
