| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yangxinshi tablet in the treatment of senile coronary heart disease complicated with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods:A total of 110 cases of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus were selected from January 2017 to May 2017 in laoshan district community health service center.Using a random number table method,the patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 55 cases in each group,and the age was 60 to 80 years old.The control group was only selected for the routine optimal treatment of coronary heart disease,and the isosorbide mononitrate capsule was used to treat aspirin.Metoprolol succinate sustained release tablet;Atorvastatin calcium tablet;Metformin hydrochloride;Acarbose tablets.In addition to the routine optimization of western medicine treatment,the treatment group was treated with Yangxinshi Tablet were taken each time,three times a day,and observed for 12 weeks.The two groups were instructed to exercise regularly three to five times a week for 30 minutes.The number of angina attacks,6 minutes of walking distance,METs and clinical symptoms of TCM were improved or not before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group.Results:(1)Comparison of angina pectoris before and after treatment of two groupsIn the treatment group and the control group,the incidence of angina was(2.88±1.09)and(2.83±1.05)times respectively,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);The walking distance of the two groups was(1.42±0.8)times and(2.10±0.96)times after 12 weeks,the difference had statistical significance(P< 0.05).(2)The two groups were compared for 6 minutes(6MWT)before and after treatment.The 6-minute walking distance between the treatment group and the control group was(408.4±40.5)m and(410.6±41.6)m respectively,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05);The walking distance of the two groups was(520.6±50.8)m and(468.8±48.3)m after 12 weeks,the difference had statistical significance(P< 0.05).(3)The two groups of metabolic equivalent.(METs)were compared before and after treatment.The metabolic equivalent of the treatment group and the control group were4.76±0.92 METs?4.67±0.96 METs respectively,the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05);.The metabolic equivalent of the two groups after 12 weeks was 5.96±0.82 METs?5.10±0.76 METs respectively,the difference had statistical significance(P< 0.05).(4)Clinical symptom integral analysis.In the treatment group and the control group,the symptoms were improved after 12 weeks in chest pain,palpitation and fatigue.The score of the symptom integrative treatment group was significantly reduced compared with the control group,the difference had statistical significance(P< 0.05).(5)Adverse reactionBefore and after treatment,blood routine,liver and kidney work,routine examination of urine and urine were not significantly changed comparedwith before treatment.No drug-related adverse reactions were observed in the treatment group and the control group during the treatment.Exit the experiment without serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:Yangxinshi tablet combined conventional western medicine for the treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and type 2 diabetes mellitus,can obviously improve the patient's symptoms,reduce angina attacks,increase the intensity of exercise and improve the patient's endurance,improve the quality of life and adjust mental state. |
