Conclusion:(1)Anti-depressant drugs can significantly improve treatment effect of the patients with refractory irritable bowel syndrome.(2)Anti-depressant drugs can significantly improve anxiety and depression of the patients with refractory irritable bowel syndrome(3)Anti-depressant drugs can significantly improve the quality of life of the patients with refractory irritable bowel syndrome.(4)Conventional drugs therapy can improve the quality of life of the patients with refractory irritable bowel syndrome.(5)Conventional drugs therapy can not improve symptoms or anxiety and depression of the patients with refractory irritable bowel syndrome.
