The Clinical Application Value Of Using Myosure Hysteroscopic Tissue Removal System To Excrescence Of Uterrine Cavity

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of the treatment of benign intrauterine occupying lesions by Myo Sure;To explore the effect of patients' pregnancy outcome after the treatment of benign intrauterine occupying lesions by Myo Sure.Method: Subjects were randomly selected in Shihezi University First Affiliated Hospital from October2016 to October 2017,who were suspected of having polypoid lesions,submucous myoma disease,intrauterine pregnancy residual,uterine mediastinum by ultrasound examination or who were confirm to have those symptoms.There were 127 patients in total.The patients were randomly divided into hysteroscopic electrosurgical treatment group and Myo Sure treatment group.Among them,65 cases of myo Sure treatment group were treated with hysteroscopic electroresection and 62 cases were treated with Myo Sure.The blood loss,operation time and the amount of dilatation fluid in the two groups were measured(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).68 patients who had a need for pregnancy had intrauterine benign space occupying lesion in our hospital.Their age is between 22 to 36.We divide these patients into hysteroscopic electroresection group treatment group(31 cases)and Myo Sure treatment group(37 cases).There was significant difference in pregnancy rate and spontaneous abortion rate between the two groups(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups in term delivery rate before and after operation(P > 0.05).Results: 1.The intraoperative cutting time,the intraoperative blood loss,the volume of uterine distention medium,and the postoperative vaginal discharge of Myo Sure treatment group were obviously less than that in the hysteroscopic electroresection group treatment group.Postoperative fever patients were less.Postoperative follow-up results showed that secondary surgery rate and recurrence rate of Myo Sure treatment group were lower than the hysteroscopic electroresection group(P < 0.05).Meanwhile,the Myo Sure treatment has more advantages in the recovery of menstruation and the cure rate of abnormal vaginal bleeding(P < 0.05).2.The pregnancy rate,spontaneous abortion rate and term delivery rate in Myo Sure group were significantly improved compared with those before operation,and the spontaneous abortion rate and term delivery rate were improved in hysteroscopic electroresection group.The pregnancy rate was not improved.3.The pregnancy rate and spontaneous abortion rate in Myo Sure group were better than those in hysteroscopic electroresection group.There was no significant difference in term delivery rate between the two groups.Conclusions: Myo Sure is worthy of further popularization and application,because it is effective for treating intrauterine benign occupying lesions;Myo Sure significantly improves the postoperative pregnancy rate,term delivery rate and pregnancy outcome of the patients with intrauterine benign occupying lesions.Meanwhile,it reduces the rate of spontaneous abortion.
