Objective 1.To evaluate the efficacy of pregnancy outcomes of multiple TCM interventions in multicenter on the treatments of IVF-ET failure patients again IVF-ET;2.Through the comparison of traditional Chinese medicine through interventional therapy of TCM symptom score before and after the treatment group itself,specifically in terms of symptoms improve kidney liver blood stasis syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine's advantage,and provide evidence to support for the treatment of the disease.Methods Selection of the second affiliated hospital,sichuan university,chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine,west China second hospital,west sichuan province people's hospital(hospital after a failed IVF-ET for reproductive center line IVF-ET long again measures help pregnant patients with kidney and liver blood stasis type,according to the 123 cases into,exclusion criteria to determine object,according to the table at random divided into treatment group 62 cases and control group 61 cases,control group: natural wait for 3 months,western medicine routine falling tone,stimulate ovulation;Treatment group: after 3 months of multi-channel interventional therapy,western medicine routinely lowered and promoted ovulation.Comparing the effect of assisted pregnancy after treatment in the two groups including the pregnancy rate clinical pregnancy rate biochemical pregnancy rate and early abortion rate etc.The data was collected into Microsoft excel,and after the analysis was established,the data was statistically analyzed by IBM SPSS 20.0 statistical software.Results 1.This study included 123 patients,Excluding cases of shedding,self-pregnant patients,medication group of 49 cases,59 cases in the control group,preliminary research shows that:The TCM intervention could improve the theinitial period pregnancy rate and transfer cycles pregnancy rate.Comparison of pre-treatment and pro-treatment,there is no significant difference between the two group(P>0.05);the treatment group had statistical signific;ance(P>0.05).The two groups were compared.After treatment the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.The traditional Chinese medicine treatment step by step could improve the pregnancy rate clinicalpregnancy rate reduce the abortion rate.Comparison of before treatment and after treatment there was no significant dilferencebetween the controlled group(P >0.05);the treatment group had statistical significance(P <0.05).The two groups were compared.After treatment the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference in the clinical pregnancy rate(clinical pregnancy rate)between the transplantation centers of various reproductive centers prior to the intervention of IVF-ET by multiple routes and multiple centers of traditional Chinese medicine(P>0.05);After that,there was no significant difference in the clinical pregnancy rate(clinical pregnancy rate)between IVF centers at the same time(P >0.05).4.TCM interventions of IVF-ET with multiple centers and multiple centers,Chinese medicine with kidney deficiency,liver-qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome: There was no significant difference between the control group and the control group before and after treatment(P >0.05).There were statistical differences in the treatment group group.Significance(P <0.05);After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion The TCM on treatment step by step can improve the pregnancy rate clinical pregnancy rate reduce the abortion rate...
