Evaluation On Curative Effect Of 123 Cases IVF-ET Failure Patients From The Multicenter (Kidney Deficiency Liver Stagnation And Blood Stasis) Again IVF-ET Down-regulation To Embryo Transplantation With The TCM Multi-route Intervention

Objective1.To evaluate the efficacy and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in egg and embryo quality,initiation cycle transplantation rate,endometrial thickness and type,moderate and severe OHSS incidence.2.To clarify the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in improving the syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression,and to provide evidence for the treatment of the disease.MethodsSelect the second affiliated hospital,sichuan university,chengdu university of traditional Chinese medicine,west China second hospital,west lui in chengdu,the sichuan people’s hospital,hospital of department of gynaecology IVF-ET scheme failed to line again after IVF-ET scheme to help pregnant patients with kidney and liver blood stasis type,into,out,out standard to determine the object in 123 cases,62 cases with 62 cases treatment group and control group.The collected data were recorded into EpiData,and after the analysis scheme was established,statistical analysis of the data was carried out with SPSS 22.0 statistical software.ResultsThis study preliminarily shows:1.The number of mature eggs and the rate of mature eggs:before and after treatment,the difference in medication group was statistically significant(P<0.05),no statistical significance was found in the control group(P>0.05);comparison between the two groups,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the difference was statistically significant after treatment(P<0.05).2.Two prokaryotic rates:Before and after treatment,the difference between the medication group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05);comparison between the two groups,There was no statistically significant difference before treatment(P>0.05),and the difference was statistically significant aftertreatment(P<0.05).3.The number of embryos obtained and the rate of high quality embryos:before and after treatment,the difference in medication group was statistically significant(P<0.05),no statistical significance was found in the control group(P>0.05);comparison between the two groups,there was no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05),and the difference was statistically significant after treatment(P<0.05).4.Endometrial thickness and endometrial type:before and after treatment,the difference in medication group was statistically significant(P<0.05),no statistical significance was found in the control group(P>0.05);comparison between the two groups,there was no statistically significant difference before treatment(P>0.05),endometrial thickness after treatment was statistically significant difference(P<0.05),lining type after treatment there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).5.Startup cycle migration rate:before and after treatment,the difference in the medication group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference in the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05);comparison between the two groups,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the difference was statistically significant after treatment(P<0.05).6.OHSS incidence:Two IVF-ET comparisons,the difference in medication group was statistically significant(P<0.05),no statistical significance was found in the control group(P>0.05);comparison between the two groups,there was no significant difference between the two groups in previous IVF-ET(P>0.05),and the difference was statistically significant in this IVF-ET(P<0.05);7.Syndrome integral of kidney deficiency liver depression and blood stasis:before and after treatment,the difference in medication group was statistically significant(P<0.05),no statistical significance was found in the control group(P>0.05);comparison between the two groups,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the difference was statistically significant after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion1.Multi-channel of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the number of mature eggs,mature egg rate,fertilization rate,and two prokaryotic rates of IVF patients;2.Multi-channel of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the number of embryos and high quality embryo of IVF patients;3.Multi-channel of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the thickness and type of the intrauterine membrane of the patients who underwent IVF again;4.Multi-channel of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the rate of retransplantation of IVF patients,and reduce the incidence of moderate and severe OHSS.5.Multi-channel of traditional Chinese medicinecan improve the syndrome of kidney deficiency and liver depression and blood stasis in IVF patients.
