Objective:Patients who suffer from Dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM)with pulmonary arterial hypertension(PH)have a poor prognosis,Therefore, the features for DCM with PH are further explored, which can provide reference for early diagnosis and improve outcome. Methods:We collect 161 patients(105 males and 56 females)who accept first time diagnosis of DCM from January2016 to August2017,during the hospitalization in Zunyi Medical College Affiliated Hospital, with an average age of 58.06±12.38 years.Collecting clinical data, echocardiography, and laboratory tests(such as blood routine, blood biochemical indicators, etc.)data,DCM patients are divided into two groups: PH(n = 73)and non-PH(n = 88)by the Bernoulli equation to calculate pulmonary artery pressure.SPSS 17.0 is used for statistical analysis.Gender, age, smoking, alcohol consumption, heart function grading, heart failure, echocardiography,ECG,blood routine and biochemical indicators are compared to see the differences between the two groups, analysis of its characteristics.Results:1.Clinical data: Compared with the non-PH group,PH group has a poor heart function(P<0.05),and the incidence of heart failure is higher(P<0.05).The difference is statistically significant. There is no significant difference in the gender, age, smoking, alcohol consumption, pericardial effusion, left heart failure, right heart failure index in the PH group.2.Echocardiographic index results: Compared with non-PH group: the median of RVOT in PH group is greater than that in non-PH group(P<0.05);the meanPA,RVD,LASd,LVS,LVD,RASd in PH group is greater than that in non-PH group(P<0.05).The EF and FS in the PH group are lower than those in the non-PH group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.3.Blood routine and biochemical index results: Compared with non-PH group,BNP,troponin T,aspartate transaminase and total bilirubin, uric acid in PH group are higher than those in non-PH group(P<0.05).There is statistical significance;and the mean total cholesterol level in the PH group is lower than that in the non-PH group(P<0.05).The difference is statistically significant. Conclusions: The biochemical, echocardiographic results of patients with DCM with PH were worse than those of non-PH.
