Objective: By investigating the satisfaction of undergraduate graduates of general practice in Zunyi Medical collegein two aspects: standardized training and their respective primary hospital,the main influencing factors are discussed,and the corresponding solutions or suggestions are put forward.Methods: The undergraduates of general practice of Zunyi Medical collegein 2010 were selected as the research objects.Using the self-designed questionnaire of undergraduate students of general practice of Zunyi Medical collegeon satisfaction of residency training and their primary hospitals,a self-filled questionnaire survey was conducted.The training staff were trained to explain the purpose,significance,and requirements of the survey to the respondents.The questionnaires were collected and analyzed after completion.Results: 1.The actual number of respondents was 165,of which 106 were males and 59 were females.The ratio of male to female was close to 1.8: 1,with an average age of 26.7±2.5years.The number of people who passed the qualification examination for practicing doctors accounted for 12.7%.The results of overall satisfaction to male and female general practitioners showed that the total satisfaction of the subjects to standardized training and their primary hospitals was 70.91% and 73.33% respectively.There was no statistical difference between male and female general practitioners in satisfaction with standardized training(P>0.05).There was a significant difference in satisfaction of male and female general practitioners to the primary hospital(P>0.05),the satisfaction of male students to their primary hospitals was higher than that of female students.2.The General Practitioners' views on the relevant topics about the subject of investigation in their primary hospitals from question 1 to question 10 th were respectively development prospects in hospitals,promotion of professional titles,social status,space for exertion of ability,establishment of departments,benefits and salaries,working environment,further study,the workplace and long-term primary medical work,the average scores for each topic were 4.37±0.92,3.95±0.88,4.21±0.78,3.99±0.87,4.21±0.87,4.28±0.71,4.31±0.94,4.41±0.79,4.52±0.83,3.97±0.72,respectively.Among them,the promotion of professional title,the benefits and salary,the ability to play the role,the social status,and in further study were lower than 4 points of observed intensity.And the percentages of satisfaction scores for each subject 73.23%,61.92%,61.62%,62.22%,67.87%,63.53%,71.62%,63.23%,72.12%,71.52%,respectively.3.The General Practitioners' views on the relevant topics about the subject of investigation in standardized training from question 1to question 10 th were respectively the need for standardized training policies,standardized training programs,standardized training duration,salary during training period,the supporting facilities and training environment of the training base,the timeliness of the relevant information transmission and the degree of attention paid by the competent departments to the relevant work of standardized training,Improvement of own clinical practice ability,Standardized training and examination mechanism,the professional study organized by each department,the ability of teachers to teach,the average scores of each topics are 4.37±0.92,3.95±0.88,4.21±0.78,3.99±0.87,4.21±0.87,4.28±0.71,4.31±0.94,4.41 ± 0.79,4.52 ± 0.83,3.97± 0.72,respectively.Among them,the standard training programs,the salary during the training period,the teacher's teaching ability were lower than 4 points of the observed intensity.And the percentages of satisfaction scores for the above ten questions were 72.83%,65.86%,70.20%,66.57%,70.10%,71.31%,66.87%,73.43%,75.25%,68.79%,respectively.Conclusion: 1.At present,the graduates of rural order directional medical students in Zunyi Medical collegewere highly satisfied with the standardized training and the primary hospital,which is related to the country issued relevant policies issued to solve the shortage of basic talent and the post competency of grass-roots doctors is poor.The difference between male and female students' satisfaction with the basic hospital was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the satisfaction degree of males to females was higher than that of the female.This is related to the difference of social value orientation,family burden,vanity psychological influence and so on.2.Through the investigation,there were still some objective and unsolved problems in standardized training and satisfaction of their primary hospitals,which need the concerted efforts of the government,universities,students and all walks of life.Under the background of medical reform in the new period,we should build a general medicine development model with Chinese characteristics,to give full play to the optimization of medical resources and realize the role of general practitioners in making the best use of their talents.The graduates of general medicine should be rooted in the primary hospitals and strengthen the construction of primary medical and health personnel and improve the basic level of medical care,and always become the people's health minder and gatekeeper.
