| Objective:To observe the effects of dexmedetomidine sedation onδ-band andα1-band of quantitative electroencephalography(QPEEG)in local anesthesia.Methods:60 patients who under local anesthesia for breast tumor resection,were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group:Group I(experimental group)was treated with dexmedetomidine 1ug/kg by nasal administration.Group II as the controlled group,and the patients were given the same amount of saline each time.We calculated the QPEEG of the two groups in the quiet state(T0),20min(T1)and 60min(T2)after the administration.The power percentage of theδandα1 bands of QPEEG was calculated.Results:In the observation group,the frequencies ofδ-band on the left and right frontal area,left and right temporal area at T2(8.72±0.58、8.52±0.68、8.61±0.84、8.59±0.79)was significantly higher than that at T0(7.10±1.90、7.25±2.75、7.36±2.86、7.28±1.71)and T1(8.05±2.45、8.11±2.60、8.10±2.77、7.81±1.93),the frequencies ofα1-band(7.92±1.78、8.22±1.65、8.52±2.14、8.59±1.75)was significantly lower than that at T0(11.84±1.75、11.25±1.64、12.06±2.16、11.48±1.74)and T1(11.21±1.31、10.11±2.13、10.61±1.25、10.81±1.53)(P<0.05),compared with T0,there was no significant difference in that at T1(P>0.05);In the control group,the frequencies ofδ-band andα1-band at T1、T2 was not significantly different from each other in left and right frontal area,left and right temporal area(P>0.05);At T2,the frequencies ofδ-band on the left and right frontal area,left and right temporal area in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(8.12±0.54、7.89±0.59、7.97±0.69、7.94±0.84),the frequencies ofα1-band on the left and right frontal area,left and right temporal area in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(11.74±1.64、10.89±1.27、10.97±2.65、11.94±1.82)(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference of that at T0 and T1(P>0.05).Conclusion:The increase ofδwave fluctuation and the decrease ofα1 wave fluctuation were observed after the infusion of dexmedetomidine in the observation group,and there was no significant change in the control group,which suggested that the change ofδandα1 wave power percentage can reflect the sedative effect of dexmedetomidine and the change can be accurately monitored by QPEEG.No adverse reactions such as hypotension and bradycardia were observed in the observation group. |
