by year and show a trend of younger.In addition to the traditional treatment of malignant tumor,such as surgery,radiotherapy,and chemotherapy,the development of molecular biology and the application of targeted therapy of lung cancer treatment milestone,but it is still difficult to solve the problem of recurrence and metastasis of the malignant tumor.In recent years,a large number of studies have found that他traditional Chinese medicine can be individualized,multi-level,multi-target control tumor growth,against metastasis and reduce recurrence.Kanglaite(Kanglaite,KLT)has been effectively used in the treatment of lung cancer and has no toxic or side effect.In this study,we analyzed the changes of Survivin in lung adenocarcinoma tissues by immunohistochemistry before and after the use of KLT.In order to further analyze the mechanism of KLT.Methods:1 Sixty-five cases of lung adenocarcinoma were obtained by pathological diagnosis before the operation.Exclude the following cases:(1)Patients with radiation and chemotherapy before surgery;(2)The patients failure to remove the tumor in surgery;(3)The pathological inconsistencies before and after operation.After the diagnosis of pathology,patients were given KLT before operation,200 ml/day for 10 days.The tumor tissues were detected before and after the use of KLT.The tumor tissue of before use of KLT was the pathological tissue obtained by bronchoscopic or CT guided percutaneous lung biopsy before the operation and without the use of KLT.The tumor tissue of after the use of KLT was the pathological tissue which is directly obtained from the tumor tissue.2 Immunohistochemical method was used to test the expression of Survivin in tumor tissue before and after the use of KLT.Using self contrast,the changes of Survivin expression in tumor tissues were observed before and after the use of KLT.3 All statistical analyses were performed using SPSS 17.0 for Windows software.χ~2 test was used for count data.The results showed that P<0.05 was statistically significant.Result:1 There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of Survivin in the tumor tissue of patients with male and female before and after the use of KLT.(P>0.05).2 There was no significant difference in the positive rate of Survivin expression in the tumor tissue of patients with different age groups before and after the use of KLT.(P>0.05).3 There was a significant difference in the expression of Survivin between the tumor tissue of patients with lymph node metastasis and those without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05)before and after the use of KLT.4 There were significant differences in the positive rates of Survivin expression in the tumor tissue of patients with different differentiation(poorly differentiated,moderately differentiated and well differentiated)(P<0.05)before the use of KLT and there were no significant differences(P>0.05)after the use of KLT.5 There was no significant difference in the positive rate of Survivin expression before and after the use of KLT in the tumor tissue of patients with different pathological stages(stage II and III)(P>0.05).6 The positive expression rate of Survivin after the use of KLT was38.46%.The positive expression rate of Survivin before the use of KLT was56.92%.The positive rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).7 There was a significant difference in the expression of Survivin in the tumor tissue of patients with lymph node metastasis before and after the use of KLT(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the expression of Survivin in the tumor tissue of patients without lymph node metastasis before and after the use of KLT(P>0.05).8 There was a significant difference in the expression of Survivin in the tumor tissue of patients with poorly differentiated before and after the use of KLT(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the expression of Survivin in the tumor tissue of patients with moderately differentiated and well differentiated before and after the use of KLT(P>0.05).9 There was no significant difference in the tumor tissue of male or female patients before and after the use of KLT(P>0.05).10 There was no significant difference in the positive rate of Survivin expression in the tumor tissue of patients with different age groups before and after use of KLT(P>0.05).11 There was no significant difference in the positive expression rate of Survivin in the tumor tissue of patients with different pathological stages before and after the use of KLT(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The expression of Survivin may be related to the degree of differentiation and lymph node metastasis of lung adenocarcinoma.2.Kanglaite effect the expression of the Survivin in lung adenocarcinoma.3.The expression of Survivin in lung adenocarcinoma effected by Kanglaite is likely to be associated with tumor differentiation and lymph node metastasis. | | Keywords/Search
