Objective: To explore the difference between the sensitivity and specificity of 64-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of coronary stenosis. Methods: From March 2015 to February 2018,48 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital were enrolled in this study. All patients within one month after admission were given conventional coronary angiography and set as the control group. After that,64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography was performed and set as study group.2 groups were compared, and comparative analysis of two groups of test results(the number of vascular segments and stenosis, accuracy evaluation)differences was made. Results: There were no adverse reactions in 48 patients with coronary heart disease undergoing MSCT coronary angiography.According to the American Heart Association 15-segment coronary artery segment method,482 segments of blood vessels were calculated, and 436 segments(96.46%)were available for effeCTive evaluation. The CAG diagnostic results were set as the gold standard.CAG results showed that there were 322 segments,65 segments,35 segments and 34 segments in 0B(no stenosis),<50% stenosis(mild stenosis),50%-75% stenosis(moderate stenosis),> 75%(severe stenosis). The MSCT diagnostic results showed that 422 segments of the diagnosis was correCT,there were obvious calcified vascular 4,distal 2,and the remaining 8 were misdiagnosed. The diagnostic results of MSCT showed that the sensitivity of mild stenosis, moderate stenosis and severe stenosis were 75%,81.16%,84.09%,specificity of 98.41%,99.44%,99.74%,positive predictive value of 84.44%,93.55%,90.48% respeCTively;the negative predictive values were 93.30%,97.35%,98.96%;the accuracy was 97.86%,93.92%,97.71% respectively. The accuracy of the 1st,2nd,8th and 8th segments was 100%.The accuracy of the 3rd,5th,6th and 7th segments was about 97.00%.The accuracy of the 4th and 10 th segments was about 96.00%.The accuracy of the 9th,11 th,12th and 13 th sections was relatively low, among which the accuracy of the 11 th and 12 th sections was about 93.00%;the accuracy of the 13 th seCTion was the lowest of 87.81%.Conclusion: 64-slice spiral CT can accurately diagnose and classify the severity of coronary artery stenosis, especially for the lesions of the right coronary artery and the anterior descending branch. It has a high detection rate and coincidence rate.It has important reference value for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery disease.
