Objective: To investigate the risk factors of venous thrombosis(DVT)in hospitalized patients with spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage(ICH)through retrospective studies to provide evidence for the effective prevention of venous thrombosis in the lower extremities. Methods:A total of 136 patients with spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage from January 2014 to June 2017 were enrolled in the study.Their age, gender, smoking history,Glasgow's score,D-dimer,bed time, and surgical methods were designed as Risk factors.Data were collected to establish a database, calculate the incidence of DVT,divided into thrombosis group,non-thrombosis,proximal thrombosis group,non-proximal thrombosis group, respectively, univariate analysis of the two groups using Chi-square,t test, set a significant level of a = 0.05.Binary logistic regression analysis of risk factors that tested for significant differences. Results: There were 136 patients with cerebral hemorrhage,80 males and 56 females.DVT was 54.72%,and proximal DVT was 21.38%.Univariate analysis of DVT in patients with cerebral hemorrhage: Chi-square test and T-test classification with thrombotic and non-thrombotic groups, electrolyte disturbances, surgical methods, time,GCS scores, and D-dimer may be risk factors for DVT.The use of binary classification logistic regression analysis of intracerebral hemorrhage DVT independent risk factors suggest that surgical methods and central vein risk factors. The risk factors of proximal DVT in cerebral hemorrhage indicate surgical methods, bed time and D-dimer risk factors. The use of two-class logistic regression analysis of intracerebral hemorrhage formation proximal DVT independent risk factors prompted surgical methods, time risk factors. Conclusion:The independent risk factors for DVT in cerebral hemorrhage suggest that surgical methods and central venous, surgical methods and time progression of intracerebral hemorrhage are independent risk factors for proximal DVT.Through these factors,VTE may be more actively prevented, and DVT chemistry may be determined by risk stratification prevention and mechanical prevention.
