Object: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of TUSP and its value in the entire treatment of BPH.Methods: We conducted a retrospective analysis and collected 34 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated with TUSP between February 2016 and December 2017 in our hospital.During the same period,46 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia treated with TUPKP were compared. Before and after the patient's urination, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative complications and bladder irrigation time, postoperative hospital stay and catheter indwelling time, urinary incontinence after catheter extraction, compared two groups of patients The IPSS score,QOL score, and sexual life satisfaction were assessed at 3 months after surgery to evaluate the clinical efficacy of TUSP.Results:1.The operative time and postoperative hospital stay were significantly shorter in the TUSP group than in the TUPKP group, which resulted in a significant reduction in operative and anesthetic loads. The patients recovered quickly.2.Postoperative bladder irrigation time and indwelling catheter time were shorter in the TUPKP group than those in the TUSP group.3.The intraoperative blood loss in the TUSP group was less than that in the TUPKP group, with significant differences.4.After 3 months of follow-up,the symptoms were significantly improved compared with preoperative. There was no difference between the TUSP group and the TUPKP group. There was no difference in the effect of surgery.5.The urinary incontinence in the TUSP group was higher in the early stage and basically recovered in 1 month after operation. There was nosignificant difference compared with the TUPKP group.Conclusions:1.TUSP is safe, reliable, and has a definite therapeutic effect;long-term results need further verification.2.TUSP is one of the important methods for precise treatment of individualized treatment options for benign prostatic hyperplasia with.
