The onset of epithelial ovarian carcinoma is not easy to detect.And the disease progresses quickly and it is difficult to control.However,with the improvement of treatment,the prognosis and survival of ovarian carcinoma have been greatly improved.With the current increase in treatment levels and the delay in late childbearing and childbirth leading to the age of childbirth becomes more and more common,the surgical-related issues of early-stage epithelial ovarian carcinoma patients with fertility preservation are of increasing concern.This article focuses on the indications for the fertility-sparing surgery in patients with early epithelial ovarian carcinoma,and the safety,scope of surgery,postoperative chemotherapy,reproductive protection,postoperative follow-up,pregnancy timing,pregnancy outcomes,preoperative and postoperative assisted reproductive technologies,etc.The problems were explored and sorted out,and it is believed that the surgery for early-stage fertility-sparing surgery in patients with early epithelial ovarian carcinoma is safe and effective,and it has a satisfactory survival rate and pregnancy rate.It is considered a promising surgery that can be attempted.At the end of the article,a clinical analysis of 36 patients with preserved reproductive function in patients with epithelial ovarian carcinoma was attached to the Fourth Hospital of Hebei Medical University and the Second Hospital of Hebei Medical University.
