With the development of imaging technology and the improvement of people's health awareness, more and more early lung cancer have been found. For very early lung cancer(mainly Ground-Glass Nodule),lobectomy is still the standard procedure for the treatment of lung cancer, segmentectomy has been used clinically as a treatment. At the same time, operation of segmentectomy is complex, and there are many pulmonary vascular and bronchial patterns.Using preoperative computed tomography three-dimensional reconstruction(3D-CT)can visualize complex pulmonary vascular and bronchial patterns and provide a safe guarantee for surgery. The paper reviews the application of preoperative 3D-CT technology and thoracoscopic segmental resection of the main technical details.
