Purpose: to explore the clinical features and treatment methods of pregnant with pelvic mass,to provide reference for reducing maternal and pregnancy adverse outcomes. Methods: a total of 97 pregnant women with pelvic mass were retrospectively analyzed who were treated in our department of obstetrics and gynecology from 2011 to April 2017.Results: A total of 31 cases(31.96%)were treated with abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding and other symptoms of acute abdominal pain.pelvic mass > 5cm were more likely to have complications(P<0.05).Among the 97 patients,78 underwent surgery to determine the properties of pelvic mass, among which 70 patients had benign ovarian tumors,5 had ovarian malignant tumors,2 had ovarian cancer, and 1 had hydrosalpinx.During pregnancy, there were 25 cases of pelvic mass operation, including 19 cases of abdominal surgery and 6 cases of laparoscopic surgery. The most common ovarian neoplasms in pregnancy with benign ovarian neoplasms are ovarian germ cell tumors(Such as mature cystic teratoma).Ovarian epithelial carcinoma is mainly in pregnancy with ovarian malignancy. There was no statistically significant difference between the surgical and the conservative observer during pregnancy, except for malignant tumors. Conclusion: the pelvic cavity was found before pregnancy and the diameter of > 5cm was recommended to be treated before pregnancy.Surgical treatment during pregnancy for pregnant women and fetus is relatively safe, for the pelvic mass is highly suspected to be a malignant tumor, surgical exploration should be performed in a timely manner to avoid the occurrence of adverse outcomes.
