Objective: To explore the virtual reality(VR)technology in the application of vascular cognitive impairment with no dementia(VCIND)and remote rehabilitation. Methods: From the Department of Rehabilitation,Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University, selected 60 inpatients who met the VCIND diagnostic criteria from April 2016 to 2017.Sixty patients with VCIND were randomly divided into an VR group and a control group.30 cases in each group. Both groups were given conventional medications, including controlling blood pressure, blood glucose, regulating blood lipid metabolism, and improving circulation. In addition, for patients with traditional rehabilitation training, including cognitive training.Control group 30 minutes a day,VR group training for 15 minutes a day,two groups of training for 5 days a week,a total of 4 weeks training.Based on VR traditional cognitive training group in 15 minutes, the Qingdao Hailan rehabilitation equipment HLKF-DT-01 digital assessment and interactive training system:15 minutes a day,5 days a week,a total of 4 weeks training. The cognitive functioning and ability in daily life(ADL)of both groups was assessed using the mini-mental state examination Chinese version(MMSE),the Montreal cognitive assessment Beijing edition(Mo CA)and the modified Barthel Index(MBI)before and after the treatment.Event-related potential P300 was used to evaluate the latency and amplitude of the two groups of patients. Results:Before treatment, the comparison of MMSE?Mo CA?MBI and P300 of two groups were no significant statistical significance.(P>0.05).After treatment the average MMSE ? Mo CA and MBI scores had increased significantly in both groups, but with significantly better increase in the VR group than in the control group(P<0.05).However,no significant improvement was observed in the Mo CA abstraction and language after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,P300 latency of two groups was shorten obviously(P<0.05)and amplitude was heighten(P<0.05).Compared with control group,P300 latency of VR group was shorten and amplitude heighten, difference are statistically(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Both virtual reality technology and traditional cognitive rehabilitation training can significantly improve patients' advanced cognitive function.2.In improving patients' advanced cognitive function, virtual reality technology is superior to conventional cognitive therapy, and the combined efficacy of the two is superior to that of individual applications.3.The patient's advanced cognitive function improved, the latency of event-related potential P300 shortened, and the amplitude increased.4.Virtual reality technology and virtual reality technology combined with traditional cognitive therapy to improve patients' advanced cognitive function have good results in the near future. The long-term efficacy and recurrence rate need to be further tested in clinical trials.
