Objective: Based on the experimental study on the effects of xiaoning Oral Liquid on the composition features of the intestinal flora of asthma model.In this study,gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was used to study the Chinese herbal compound Funing oral liquid in the asthma model mouse blood.The effect of metabolic phenotype on the mechanism of the cough and asthma effect of the Oxygen Oral Solution.It provides theoretical reference and experimental evidence for further revealing the overall regulatory role of Chinese herbal compound and its multi-level and multi-target complex system.METHODS: Atotal of 60 BALB/c mice were randomly divided into blank groups(n =15),model group(n = 45),and intraperitoneally injected with sensitization twice.The mice of model group were randomly divided into model group,positive group,and traditional Chinese medicine group.15 only.Inhaled with 1% ova high-frequency atomization inhalation,1 hour before each asthma challenge,the model group and the control group were given equal volume of normal saline(0.2ml/20 g.d)gavage;Chinese medicine treatment group was treated with 0.2ml oral dose of oxing./20 g.d(2.5g/kg.d)was intragastrically administered;in the positive group,5ml of pulmicort(containing a 1mg budesonide suspension)was aerosolized for 30 minutes.After 7 days of treatment,the general condition of the mice and the histomorphology of the lungs were observed,and the differences in the metabolites of the serum of each group of mice were analyzed.Results:(1)Changes in the general situation: After the modeling,the model group appeared: fur erected,irritability,frequent scratching of the nose and abdomen,accelerated deep breathing,retracted arch,abdominal convulsions,and other symptoms.Symptoms worsened;the symptoms and signs of the mice in each administration group basically relieved.(2)Morphology of lung tissue: blank group: The morphology of lung tissue of mice was normal,no inflammatory cells infiltrated around the bronchus and blood vessels,the structure of alveoli was clear,and no obvious pathological changes were found;model group:typical allergic bronchial asthma The pathological features of the disease were severe.Some bronchi and perivascular inflammatory cells infiltrated.The smooth muscle cells proliferatedand thickened the muscle layer.The number of alveoli was significantly reduced and the alveolar structure disappeared.Each administration group had a different degree of improvement than the model group.(3)Metabolomic changes: The results of multivariate statistical analysis showed that the blank group,the model group,the positive group,and the Chinese medicine group were significantly separated,and the serum samples of the Chinese medicine group were closer to the blank group than the model group.The Chinese medicine Corsaining oral liquid has obvious benign regulation effects on the deviation of glucose,3-phosphoglycerate and other substances in the serum.CONCLUSION: The xiaoning oral liquid has obvious improvement effect on the general condition,bronchitis infiltration and alveolar structure of asthmatic mice;there is a benign regulation effect on the serum metabolites of asthmatic mice,in which glucose and3-phosphoglycerol may be the growth hormones.Oral Solution for Key Metabolites in Asthma Model Mice...
