| Objective: to study the effects of Re chuan Oral Liquid experimental guinea pig bronchoaleolar laage interleukin 4 (IL-4) and serum blood clots B2 (TXB2), the content of Re chuan Oral Liquid experimental bronchus asthma treatment mechanism of action, and Chinese medicine treatment for pediatric bronchus asthma in clinical applications of provide strong scientific evidence.Method: first 50 guinea pigs are feed in the laboratory for one week, and then to be divided into 5 groups with 10 pigs for each group, established for dexamethasone group, asthma model group, traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese traditional medicine group large dose of small dose group and the normal control group. Normal controls give 1 ml physiological saline, and other four intraperitoneal injection were given 1 ml 10% protein solution LuanBai intraperitoneal injection. And in 15 days, except for the injection of normal control group give saline ultrasonic atomizer outside, the rest four groups are given LuanBai protein in ultrasonic atomizer, and guinea pigs are put in the box, give 1% animals LuanBai protein solution atomization 15 to 20 seconds to stimulate the guinea pig, induce asthma attack, to appear choke cough, shortness of breath, irritable, nodding and voldemort, twice daily symptoms for 5 days, to establish asthma model. On 20th day after the success model, normal controls and asthma model group begin to be given physiological saline stomach to medicine, and the other three groups are given large dose of traditional Chinese medicine, Chinese traditional medicine small doses and dexamethasone stomach to medicine with 2 times a day, every time 3 ml, pouring the medicine for 7 days. During this period, please notice pigs's spiritual activities, eating, colour and lustre and death before and after the drug use. The last time specimen is collected after 2h the treatment. By examining changes of the contents of bronchoaleolar laage interleukin 4 (IL-4) and serum blood clots B2 (TXB2)in the guinea pig body, the heat out of the oral liquid flat are confirmed therapeutic effect.Results: asthma model group the guinea pig bronchoaleolar laage IL-4 and the serum TXB2 content are significantly higher than normal control group (P < 0.01); Traditional Chinese medicine small dose group of guinea pigs in bronchoaleolar laage IL-4 and TXB2 content in serum were significantly lower than asthma model group, and have obvious difference (P < 0.05); Traditional Chinese medicine big dose group of guinea pigs in bronchoaleolar laage IL-4, and serum TXB2 content were significantly lower than asthma model group, and suggests that a significant difference (P < 0.01); Traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine small dose group of large dose group compared the guinea pig bronchoaleolar laage IL-4 and the serum TXB2 content are significant difference (P < 0.01); Dexamethasone group the guinea pig bronchoaleolar laage IL-4 and the serum TXB2 content were significantly lower than asthma model group, and significant difference (P < 0.01); Traditional Chinese medicine small dose group compared with dexamethasone group guinea pigs in bronchoaleolar laage IL-4, and serum TXB2 content are significant difference (P < 0.01); Traditional Chinese medicine big dose group compared with dexamethasone group guinea pigs in bronchoaleolar laage IL-4, and serum TXB2 content are no significant difference (Pï¹¥0.05).Conclusion: Re chuan Oral Liquid could decrease the guinea pigs asthma bronchoaleolar laage IL-4, and serum TXB2 Content, and the curative effect and the western medicine dexamethasone quite, but their effect and drug dose relevant. The experiment proved that Re chuan Oral Liquid by inhibiting Th2 cell activation, lower airway hyperresponsieness decreases airway inflammatory oozy, restrain the airway reconstruction to the role of smoothing asthma, which proves that Re chuan Oral Liquid is effective in treating pediatric of bronchial asthma formula, and clinical application.
