The beverage of Jingyu Leaf is composed of Rhizoma Polygonat,Mulberry Leaf and Polygonatum.The formula is based on homology of medicine and food and the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,and the results of the relevant literature and pharmacological research are combined.It has the effect of invigorating Qi,replenishing Yin and reducing Heat.This formula is in accordance with the guidelines for the treatment of diabetes in the treatment of diabetes,so it can be developed as a beverage with auxiliary hypoglycemic function.In this paper,the p the processing of Rhizoma Polygonat in the formula,the extraction process of polysaccharide,the hypoglycemic pharmacodynamic and the preliminary development of Jingyu leaf beverage were systematically studied.The first chapeter is the processing of Rhizoma Polygonat.Using traditional processing technology-nine steam nine sun,nine to nine steamed fresh Rhizoma Polygonat bask in.Comparing the polysaccharide,5-HMF and the change of the content of water-soluble extract,color and taste after Rhizoma Polygonat processing.In order to reveal the necessity and significance of the nine-steamer.The second chapeter is the extraction process of polysaccharide from Rhizoma Polygonati,Mulberry Leaf and Polygonatum.Through the orthogonal experiment with the Rhizoma Polygonati?
