AECOPD As An Example-A Clinical Research About The Method Of Reinforcing The Earth To Generate The Metal Have Effect On Objective Index Of Lung Governing External Work

PurposeTo investigate clinical effects of the patient of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD),when we used the method of reinforcing the earth to generate the metal for the symptom of lung and spleen qi weaken,monitoring the change of index level of some serum immune before and after therapy,and analyzing the influence of objective index(the index of oro-immunity)of lung governing the external work by the method of reinforcing the Spleen to strengthen the lung,investigating the method of reinforcing the earth to generate the metal to improve the possible mechanism of action of lung governing external work.To promote the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine theory.MethodChoosing 76 patients who was diagnosed with the symptom of lung and spleen qi weaken in the traditional Chinese Medicine and suffered from AECOPD in the western medicine,patients were randomly divided matching into a treatment group and a control group,each group had 38 patients.The control group was treated by conventional western medicine,the treatment group was given the same treatment like the control group,and added the herbal medicine(shenling baizhu powder)of the method of reinforcing the Spleen to strengthen the lung,this course of treatment is about 14 days.Before treatment and after finishing the treatment,both to investigate the change of the patients` TCM symptom score,APACHE?score and the evaluation of m MRC,gauging the change of the index of oro-immunity and arterial blood gas,and monitoring the safety of treatment process.Results data were analyzed by using SPSS21.0 statistical software.Result1.Security: patients of two groups had showed no adverse reaction during the treatment.There was no obvious anomaly of safety index.2.Effects: the total effective rate matched at two groups(P>0.05),but theexcellence rate of treatment group was superior to contrast group(P<0.05).3.TCM symptom scores,individual symptom score: treatment in two groups can reduce the TCM syndrome score,the efficacy of treatment group exceed to contrast group(P<0.05).At individual symptom score,treatment of two groups both can reduce the cough,expectoration,wheezing and abdominal distension symptom score(P<0.01),the effect was equal at two groups(P>0.05).The treatment of two groups can reduce the spontaneous perspiration,fatigued spirit and lack of strength,anorexia,and inhibited defecation symptom score(P<0.01),the efficacy of treatment group was surpassed to contrast group(P<0.05).There was no expectant result at susceptible to colds symptom.4.APACHE?score: treatment of two groups can reduce the APACHE?scores of patients(P<0.05),and the effect matched(P>0.05).5.The evaluation of mMRC: treatment of two groups can reduce the evaluation grade of mMRC(P>0.05),treatment group was superior to contrast group.6.Arterial Blood Gas: treatment of two groups of arterial PH had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The treatment of two groups could reduce the level of PCO2(P<0.05),there was no difference in efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).The treatment group can improve the level of PO2,but no statistical significance compared with the contrast group.7.Immune indexes: treatment of two groups could improve the level of immune index of IgA and IgG(P<0.05),the treatment group exceed to contrast group(P<0.05).Treatment of two groups could improve the level of immune index of C3(P<0.05),the curative effect matched at two groups(P>0.05).The treatment group could improve the level of IgM,but no statistical significance compared with the contrast group.There was no statistical significance between the two groups in the C4 index.Conclusion1.The therapeutic effect of the method of reinforcing the earth to generate the metal has a certain degree of influence in the symptom of lung and spleen qi weaken.And this method can't improve the total effective rate of treatment in short order,but it can improve the rate of control.It has a better advantage and effect for the fatiguedspirit,lack of strength,anorexia and inhibited defecation.It can reduce the evaluation grade of mMRC,but there was no significant effect on the level of PCO2 of artery and score of APACHE?.2.It showed that the method of reinforcing the earth to generate the metal have an effect on the objective index of function of lung governing the external work.To a certain degree the method can improve the serum index of IgA and IgG for patients of ACOPD,point out that the method of reinforcing the earth to generate the metal can increase the mechanism of action of lung governing external work,maybe connect it with the action of increase the serum index of IgA and IgG.
