Objective:(1)Analysis on Yixin tongbi mixture their strength after the intervention of different uses ACS Patients(qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome)the influence.(2)analyzing ACS after interventional therapy(qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome)risk factor for long-term prognosis.Method: Included in In April 2014 to December 2014 in Chengdu University of traditional Chinese medicine hospital, the first diagnosis as " Acute coronary syndrome(including ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction,non-ST segment elevation myocardial infarction and unstable angina)".The syndrome of Chinese medicine is qi deficiency blood stasis and who underwent coronary angiography and successfully carried out coronary stent graft. There were 72 cases,44 men and 28 women.According to the treatment of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine(use of Yixin tongbi mixture),the group was divided into western medicine group(31 cases)and Chinese and western medicine(41 cases).According to length of taking different exposures.Higher exposure groups(23 cases): cumulative treatment after discharge time ?6 months;the low exposure group(18 cases): cumulative treatment after discharge time 2~6 months;non-exposed group(Western Group): had received medical treatment but cumulative time < 2 months or persons treated with Chinese traditional medicine.Make a unified telephone connection between April 2016 and December 2016.If the patient can be returned to the hospital, follow up in the clinic. And if not, make a complaint or do follow-up on call.Recorded General information, hospitalization data of patients, treatment,Chinese medicine treatment of TCM syndrome quantization tables and Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ)(the two table fill in the preoperative and postoperative 6 months,12 months and 24 months),endpoints(including all-cause mortality, cardiovascular death,non-fatal myocardial infarction, readmission for Angina pectoris, readmission for heart failure, target vessel revascularization(including PCI or CABG),in-stent restenosis and late stent thrombosis.)Type and time of occurrence.Using SPSS for Windows19.0 software packages for statistical analysis. Results: 72 Patients completed follow-up work.Compared with the western medicine group, the incidence rate of the two groups wasn't statistically significant. But in patients with diabetes mellitus, the combination of Chinese and western medicine can significantly reduce the incidence of coronary events. The combination of Chinese and western medicine can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of Chinese traditional Chinese medicine and improve the quality of life of patientswith PCI.The higher exposure group can further improve PCI constrained postoperative physical activities,so as to further improve the quality of life of patients and treatment time of the effect more obvious. In the type of non-left main coronary artery disease, the triple vessel lesion is an independent risk factors for long-term prognosis of ACS patients with the influence of syndromes of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome. Conclusion: Yixin tongbi mixture combined with Western medicine was not able to further reduce the incidence of postoperative ACS.But in patients with diabetes mellitus, the combination of Chinese and western medicine can significantly reduce the incidence of coronary events.Yixin tongbi mixture can improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life in patients with TCM.Long-term treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the quality of life in patients. The triple vessel lesion is an independent risk factors that affect long-term outcomes. In conclusion,Yixin tongbi mixture has a therapeutic effect on ACS patients who accepted PCI.In the clinical work of ACS,patients with triple vessel lesion may need further attention.
