Objective:In the earlier part of this project,based on the study of the literature on dementia in old age,the "Information Collection Form for Clinical Symptoms of Chinese Dementia in Dementia" was developed.In combination with retrospective investigations and on-site investigations,a TCM symptom database for elderly patients with dementia was established and statistically analyzed.Learn to analyze.To explore the pattern of syndrome differentiation of senile dementia,provide basis for the normative study of senile dementia syndrome classification,provide reference for traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment of senile dementia,in order to improve the clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Method:Part I: A meta-analysis of classification of TCM syndromes in elderly dementia.The first part retrieves the relevant TCM literature on the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome classification of dementia in the past 20 years through the combination of electronic retrieval and manual retrieval.The classification of TCM syndromes involved in the literature that meets this requirement is included and standardized,and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome and prescription database of senile dementia are constructed,and the data are analyzed statistically.Part II: Clinical Observation.The second part of the clinical observation cases from XI an and Xian yang,collected four patients with senile dementia data.The typical symptoms and signs of senile dementia(including tongue images and pulse patterns)were screened out,and the pattern of syndrome differentiation of senile dementia was summarized.Result:Part I: A meta-analysis of classification of TCM syndromes in elderly dementia.A total of 15 articles that meet the requirements were included.Of a total of 989 patients,15 types of syndromes appeared.From the aspect of types of syndromes,from the perspective of actual and actual differentiation,there are 459 cases of deficiency syndromes,accounting for 46.4% of the total cases,20 cases of actual inclusion,accounting for 2.1%of the total cases,and 510 cases of total cases,accounting for the total number of cases.51.5%;a total of 466 cases based on syndrome differentiation,47.1% of the total number of cases;based on the cause and syndrome of qi and blood fluid a total of 523 cases,accounting for 52.9% of the total number of cases.Among the 15 types of syndromes,the top three were turbidity obstruction(15.4%),qi stagnation and blood stasis(12.4%),and liver and kidney deficiency(12.4%),which accounted for 40.2% of the total cases.The remaining 12 types accounted for 59.8%.Part II: Clinical Observation.This clinical study included 140 elderly patients with dementia,with an average age of 67.13 years,and age distribution: 84 cases of 60-69 years old,accounting for 60.28%;47 cases of 70-79 years old,accounting for 33.33%;9 cases of 80-85 years old,6.38%.51 males,accounting for36.43%;female 89 cases,accounting for 63.57%,more female patients than male patients.In the classification of TCM syndromes,the top three are: kidney essence deficiency syndrome(102 persons,accounting for 72.34% of the total);phlegm obstruction syndrome(56 persons,39.72% of the total);liver yang Shangyu card(61 people,43.26%of the total number).
