Literature Research On Syndrome Differentiation And Drug Use Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Menopausal Syndrome Based On Data Mining Technology

Objective:On between January 2009 and December 2018,published in recent 10 years clinical studies on treatment of menopausal syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine literature statistical analysis and evaluation,to explore literature of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of menopausal syndrome research of general information,drug treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation rules and laws,in order to provide better data for clinical treatment of menopausal syndrome.Methods:Using computer retrieval China journal full-text database(CNKI)in recent10 years(2009-2018),published studies of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of menopausal syndrome type of literature,according to the exclusion criteria,select finally included in the study of literature,to extract the information in the literature,set up the database,the data specification after processing,the use of Excel analysis literature metrology characteristic and traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of menopausal syndrome differentiation regularity,with type of drugs with the Python language The correlation between drugs and drugs was analyzed,and the clustering analysis of high-frequency drugs was carried out,so as to summarize the law of syndrome differentiation and drug use in the treatment of menopause syndrome with traditional Chinese medicine.Results:1.Econometric analysis of the general situation of literatures: 497 literatures were downloaded,and 191 literatures were finally included after being screened through intensive reading,with a total of 17,785 cases,including 126 journal articles and 65 academic theses.A total of 76 journals are involved,including 32 core journals,49 literatures,44 non-core journals,and 77 literatures.A total of 36 literatures were supported by the fund,involving 32 funds.A total of 139 author units,mainly provincial and municipal hospitals;The study areas are unevenly distributed,involving 30 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government.2.Clinical treatment: The age of patients with menopause syndrome is mainly between 45 and 55 years old.The treatment course is mainly from February to march.191 articles in the control group of western medicine,Chinese medicine or proprietary Chinesemedicine,blank control group,western medicine combined traditional Chinese medicine(or proprietary Chinese medicine),and other treatments,with western medicine as control group with 90 references(47.12%),frequency of usage for most other performance-enhancing drugs,age covered(pentanoic acid estradiol/estradiol cyproterone pills),a total of 12(6.28%).There were 89 literatures(46.60%)with traditional Chinese medicine or proprietary Chinese medicine as the control group,among which 21 were kuntai capsules(11.01%).A total of 191 literatures involved 3 efficacy evaluations and 11 laboratory observation indicators,of which 126(65.97%)used the modified Kupperman score to evaluate the therapeutic effect.3.Syndrome differentiation and classification: among the 191 clinical studies included in the study,a total of 28 syndromes were identified by name.The top five TCM syndromes were: liver and kidney Yin deficiency(30.37%),kidney Yin deficiency(23.56%),Yin deficiency with fire(8.90%),liver depression and kidney deficiency(7.33%),and heart and kidney non-intercurrent(6.28%).After the sse type was split,the syndrome elements of diseased sites included: liver,spleen,kidney,and heart,among which "kidney" was the most frequent disease site element(59.11%),followed by "liver"(31.6%),"heart"(6.32%),and "spleen"(2.97%)was the least frequent.The disease elements include: Yin deficiency,Yang deficiency,qi deficiency,blood deficiency,qi stagnation,blood stasis,fiery heat,etc.,among which,the most frequent occurrence is "Yin deficiency"(63.67%),followed by "qi stagnation"(11.33%).4.Medication regularity: among the 191 clinical studies included in the study,a total of 151 herbs were used with a cumulative frequency of 2,188 times.The high frequency drugs were counted and the clinical utilization rate was calculated,among which the utilization rate reached more than 10%,a total of 35 drugs,and the top 10 high frequency drugs were:Rehmannia glutinosa,cornus,Radix paeoniae alba,yam,Poria cocos,licorice,peony skin,angelica sinensis,wolfberry fruit and ligueur fruit.According to the efficacy classification of drugs,tonic drugs were used the most(44.33%),followed by antipyretic drugs(14.40%)and astringent drugs(9.60%).In terms of medicinal properties,cold drugs were used the most,with a total of 55 flavors(37.52%),followed by warm drugs(27.38%).According to the statistics of the 151-flavor drugs,sweet drugs were the most common(41.52%),followed by bitter drugs(21.98%)and spicy drugs(14.74%).As can be seen from the distribution of drug reentrant,the drugs for treating this disease were successively distributed to liver(23.56%),kidney(21.98%),heart(16.06%),followed by lung(12.34%),spleen(12.31%)and stomach(5.60%).The common medicine that treats menopausal syndrome has: Peony and dogwood,bupleurum and white peony,phellodendron and Anemarrhena,keel and oyster.Common drugs in different syndromes are as follows:Liver and kidney Yin deficiency type: cornus officinalis,Chinese yam,white peony root,wolfberry fruit,ligustrum;Kidney Yin deficiency type: cooked rehmannia glutinosa,cornus officinalis,poria cocos,peony skin,white peony root;Yin virtual fire flourishing type: cooked rehmannia glutinosa,cornus officinalis,floating wheat,raw rehmannia glutinosa,poria cocos;Liver depression and kidney deficiency: Chinese Thorowax Root,white peony root,rehmannia glutinosa,Chinese yam,angelica;Heart kidney does not cross type: jujube kernel,ligustrum seed,oyster,fu shen,lily;Deficiency of Yin and Yang in kidney: herba epimedium,hyacinthus,morinda officinalis,cortex phellodendron and anemarrhenae;Kidney Yang deficiency type: herba epimedium,astragalus astragalus,Chinese grass,cuscuta,wolfberry fruit.Common groups of drugs for the treatment of menopausal syndrome are as follows:The first group: radix paeoniae root,licorice root,angelica sinensis root,bupleurum root and rhizoma atractylodis;The second group: poria cocos,alisma,peony peel,rehmannia glutinosa,cornus officinalis,Chinese yam;Third group: keel,oyster;The fourth group: living rehmannia glutinosa,anemarrhena,phellodendron;Fifth group: Chinese wolfberry fruit,dodder seed;Sixth group: liguzhen son,mo xanlian;Group 7: sour jujube kernel,huanglian,hook rattan,lotus seed heart.Conclusion:The quantity of clinical research literature on the treatment of menopausal syndrome by traditional Chinese medicine is relatively stable,the quality is constantly improving,the research journals are scattered,and the research areas are unevenly distributed,mainly in the central,southern and central regions.The author’s units are mainly hospitals and colleges above district and county level.Due to the lack of fund support,the number of documents in remote areas such as the west is small.Traditional Chinese medicine is more safe and effective in the treatment of menopausal syndrome,and the commonly witnessed types are: liver and kidney Yin deficiency type,kidney Yin deficiency type,Yin deficiency fire flourishing type,liver depression kidney deficiency type,heart and kidney non-cross type,etc.Common witness element is: pathologic syndrome element is: kidney,liver,heart,spleen;The pathogenic syndromes are: Yin deficiency,qi stagnation,heat,Yang deficiency,qi deficiency,etc.The treatment of menopausal syndrome is mainly nourishing Yin and tonifying kidney,supplemented by nourishing liver Yin,clearing heat and relieving fire,regulating qi and relieving depression.The main treatment drugs are tonic drugs,followed by antifebrile drugs,astringent drugs and antipsychotic drugs.The property of medicine is mainly cold,warm and smooth;The medicine tastes mainly sweet,bitter and spicy.The main drugs were liver,kidney and heart.In the course of dialectical medication,attention should be paid to both Yin and Yang,seeking Yin in Yang and Yang in Yin to achieve the balance between Yin and Yang.
