| Objective:To explore the effect of Homocysteine(Hcy)levels on early renal impairment in patients with H-type hypertension, and to provide a reference for clinical prevention of early renal damage, delay and treatment of hypertension-related early-stage renal disease, and clinical guide.Methods:200 hypertensive patients met the standard were divided into 50 cases of the first group(10.0≤Hcy≤15.9 μmol/L),60 cases of cases of the second group(16.0≤Hcy≤22.9μmol/L),40 cases of the first group(Hcy≥23.0 μmol/L),50 cases of the simple hypertension group(Hcy<10 μmol/L)according to the different levels of Hcy.150 healthy people accepted body examination at the same time were selected as healthy group. The difference in age, normal biochemical indexes, average blood pressure, serum Hcy,Cys C and urine β2-MG were compared among the give groups.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze relationship between Hcy level and these indexes,Hcy as dependent variable to do multiple linear regression analysis at the same time. Results:Compared with the five groups, the age, average blood pressure, levels of serum Cys-C,urine β2-MG were significantly increased in type H hypertension(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the levels of Hcy and age(r=0.574,P<0.05),average blood pressure(r=0.381,P<0.05),serum Cys-C(r=0.691,P<0.05),urinaryβ2-MG(r=0.603,P<0.05),were positively correlated in the patients with type H hypertension, multiple linear regression analysis showed that there was a linear relationship between Hcy and age(β=0.471,P<0.05),average blood pressure(β=3.095,P<0.05),serum Cys-C(β=4.477,P<0.05)and urine β2-MG(β=4.712,P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of serum Hcy is related to the early stage of renal damage in patients with type H hypertension. |
