Purpose:through the doctors professional knowledge of hypertension in Shanxi Province to investigate, understand shanxi doctors professional knowledge to master the status quo of hypertension, hypertension standardized diagnosis and treatment for the primary physician training, and evaluate the training effect,to standardize doctors diagnosis technology, enhance the physician hypertension disease, diagnosis and treatment for the primary physician hypertension related knowledge and technical training provides the certain theory basis. Methods:By means of centralized investigation, before the training, the trainees would sit quietly, and each physician should fill in the information according to his actual situation, and do not consult with colleagues around him,and do not consult relevant books and materials.Scan the qr code of the mobile phone to get the pre-training questionnaire. The answer time is 20 minutes. The training begins with two experts to give lectures, questions and answers in accordance with the unified content. The time is 120 minutes. After the training, the trainee will sit quietly. After scanning and training, the questionnaire will be conducted in the qr code. The answer will be 15 minutes. The teaching content of the professional knowledge training of hypertension is centered on the revised design of the 2014 revision of the guidelines for the managementof hypertension in China.Questionnaire content around China hypertension management guidelines at the grass-roots level,2014 revision, according to the doctors hypertension training related research at home and abroad, combining the reality of this research, consulting hypertension expert questionnaire design, the preliminary experiments for design.Results:1.General investigation of primary physicians.Among the 1969 primary doctors surveyed,561 men(26.3%)and 1808 women(76.4%)were male. There were 1,596 people(81.0%),178 people(9.1%)and 195persons(9.9%).University degree or above with 1466 people(74.4%),junior college education(25.6%);The junior titles were 1,042(52.9 per cent),725 intermediate titles(36.8 per cent)and 202(10.3 per cent).2.Master the general knowledge of hypertension of the primary physician before training.Hypertension specialty knowledge content based on the type merged into 16 classes,at the same time to answer each question and the correct number of training as a percentage of the total number of the answer correct ratio, grouping and from high to low, respectively is: the good group: the answer correct ratio of 90% or more;Better group:90% > correct ratio is equal to 60%;General group: 60% > correct ratio is more than30%;Poor group: the correct rate of answer is < 30%.The results of the study showed that, among the 16 types of problems, the group accounted for 6.25% of the total number of questions. The better group accounts for 25% of the total number of questions; The general group accounted for 56.2% of the total number. The poor group accounted for12.5% of the total number; The correct ratio of the correct answer is only 31.25%,while the correct ratio is 68.75%.3.Master the knowledge of hypertension in different conditions before training.According to the doctor’s degree, professional title and hospital level, the pre-training professional knowledge should be analyzed separately. Results:the good and better group, the university and the above doctors accounted for 92.70%and 77.9% respectively of the total number of doctors, respectively, with 64.4% and41.9% respectively in the general and poor group. There was a statistically significant difference(P < 0.001).For the different titles of doctors, they accounted for 91.7% and 94.0 respectively in the good group, primary and intermediate titles, which were significantly higher than the senior titles(86.7%).In general and very poor group, the proportion of primary, intermediate and senior titles was 53.0%,44.6%,39.0% and 28.8%,26.7% and 8.9%,respectively.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P <0.001).Among the doctors at different levels, the level of grade ii,grade I,and level was95.3%,87.6% and 69.7% respectively. And in the very poor group, the second, the first and the ungraded account for 18.9%,50.5% and 62.1% respectively. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.001),4.The overall change in the correct ratio of the correct rate after training.Compared with the correct accuracy of the primary physicians after the training,16questions: good command of 6.25% of the total number of questions;Good command of62.5% of the total number;Master general accounting for 25% of the total number of questions; The poor master is 6.25% of the total number. After training, the correct accuracy of the answer was higher than before, among which the highest was thesecond-rate follow-up frequency, the improvement rate was 129%,the lowest was the definition of hypertension, the improvement rate was 3.6%,and the overall average improvement was(27.606% + 28.328%).5.Changes in the correct ratio of doctors’ responses to different situations. Will increase the number of training before answering question answer correct the percentage of correct number as the observation index to training, simultaneously quarterback stratification, and follow the order from high to the end, respectively define it as: improved obviously, improve the rate of 25.4% or higher, increase: 22.4% >increase rate of 16.3% or higher, average: 25.4% > increase rate of 22.4% or higher, not obvious: to improve rate of < 16.3%Stratified analysis was conducted on the improvement of doctors at different levels of education, professional titles and different hospitals. The results showed that there was a statistical difference in the improvement of correct ratio between different degrees, titles and hospitals. In the obvious improvement group, the university and above were as high as 79.6%,while the junior college and the following only accounted for 20.4%;In the non-obvious group, only 27.2% of the university and above, and 72.8% in junior college and below, with significant statistical difference(P < 0.001).As shown in table 5-1.After the training of different professional titles, the improvement rate was compared. In the obvious group, the intermediate level and the advanced level were significantly higher than the primary level, accounting for 40.5%,39.4%,20.1% respectively, and no statistically significant difference between intermediate and senior titles(P=0.031).In the non-obvious group, the primary level was significantly higher than the intermediate and advanced level, accounting for 65.9%,29.5% and 4.6% respectively. There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.001).In different hospital levels, the group was significantly increased from high to low,and the secondary, primary and non-grade levels accounted for 67.0%,20.8% and 12.1%respectively.In contrast, the three groups showed the opposite trend: 57.9% and 31.8%respectively.10.2%,both of them were statistically significant(P < 0.001).6.General knowledge of hypertension among primary physicians after training. For high blood pressure after training professional knowledge correct overall comparison,it is found that after training all problem from right before training, better grasp and above group increased to 68.75% from 31.25% before the training, increased by 120%;Master general and the following group, reduced from 68.7% before training to31.25%,and decreased by 54.5%.7.Evaluation of the subjective effects of primary physicians on this training.Analyze the primary physician subjective evaluation, the result showed that 96.3% of the doctors is a big demand for such training,89.9% of the doctors think this training is very applicable,89.2% of the doctors said lectures can understand, for knowledge,be familiar with the degree of survey, the clinical application of increased to 64.2% from12.5% before the training, increased by 413.6%,while 96.2% of doctors hope that the future can accept more such training.Conclusion:1.The knowledge of hypertension of primary doctors in Shanxi Province is not optimistic.Among them, low education, low professional title, and low hospital level doctors are particularly obvious.2.After the training, the primary-level doctors have improved their knowledge of hypertension, among which the higher education, the higher professional title and the higher hospital level doctors are particularly obvious.3.After the training, the improvement of different professional knowledge was different, and the understanding of the basic concepts was improved more, while the problems related to the strong clinical application and technical content improved less.4.This training is effective and applicable, and this technology is suitable for promotion in the training of primary physicians.
