| At present, with the rapid development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life, higher requirements are put forward for the level of health services, and the quality and construction of resident doctors are directly related to the health and treatment of patients. The standardized training of resident doctors is an important measure to improve the quality of clinical doctors and the quality of medical work, and it is the only way to grow from "medical students" to "resident doctors".How to improve the effect of the implementation of the standardized training policy for resident doctors, promote the overall improvement of the medical technology and level of clinicians, and meet the increasing medical needs of the people has gradually become the focus of research in the medical and health industry. The purpose of this study is to help relevant institutions in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region better identify the problems existing in the training of resident doctors, promote the continuous improvement of the training system of resident doctors in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and improve the implementation effect of the standardized training policy for resident doctors. In this paper, interviews, questionnaires, literature research and other research methods were used to analyze the implementation of the standardized training policy for resident doctors in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region through investigation and analysis of the current implementation status of the standardized training policy for resident doctors.Firstly, taking Hohhot City as an example, questionnaire survey was carried out on residents who are currently participating in the training and those who have completed the training, and key interviews were conducted on the relevant managers and teachers of the main institutions implementing the policy,so as to analyze the satisfaction degree of standardized residents on the implementation effect of the training policy.Collect and sort out the problems and countermeasures of various managers and teachers. Then,Smith model was used as a research tool to study the effect of resident standardized training policy implementation.Through the analysis and research, the following conclusions are drawn:The implementation of the policy of standardized training of resident doctors can take "standardized training" as the starting point, through the continuous development and progress of ten years, discuss and study the training content and standard to achieve "homogenized" training, which shows that the policy itself is reasonable and feasible, but the current system with teacher funds is lack of support, the relevant system still needs to be improved. The staff of the main body of policy implementation have different levels of understanding and coordination of the leading ideas of policy; The ability improvement of the trainees who participated in the training and the situation of passing the assessment are optimistic, but the training satisfaction survey found that the guarantee measures of the trainees’ treatment need to be further standardized and implemented. Each training base is located in the environment, hospital medical treatment and teaching level are quite different,so it is difficult to achieve "homogenization" training. Finally, according to the problems existing in the implementation of the standardized training policy of resident doctors in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and its causes, combined with domestic and foreign research, put forward to constantly optimize the system construction, improve the assessment system;Strengthen the implementation of the subject of policy implementation;Strengthen public opinion guidance, carry forward positive energy;Improve the internal and external environment and other measures for the standardized training system of resident doctors into a new period of quality and efficiency. |
