Objective:By comparing the reduced impact force laryngoscope tablets with common laryngoscope tablets during tracheal intubation hemodynamic changes,pressure changes caused by the incidence of complications and postoperative sore throat,to explore through surface covered with soft material of low impact laryngoscope,Whether it can effectively reduce the stress response caused by laryngoscope exposure during endotracheal intubation,and reduce the damage of throat tissue.Methods:1.The hardness of two kinds of laryngoscope tablets was measured by random selection of 80 pieces of low-impact laryngoscope and ordinary laryngoscope.The low impact laryngoscope' s hardness is measured by LX-A durometer.Measure distal and proximal three points of the lens,and use the average as the lens' hardness.Use the same method to measure the ordinary laryngoscope lens by LX-D durometer.The principle of measurement of the two durometers is actually identical,the unit is degree,and the descriptive approach is A and D,respectively represent different hardness range.2.Choose ASAI-? patients undergoing elective surgery,80,aged between 18 and65,were randomly divided into low impact laryngoscope group(group A)and ordinary laryngoscope group(group B),40 cases in each group.After general anesthesia induction,an anesthesiologist with 10 years of experience in clinical practice was used to performthe transnasal intubation with a low-impact laryngoscope or an ordinary laryngoscope.Observe and record(1)Use T-line noninvasive arterial blood pressure monitoring system monitor and acquire the systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR)before anesthesia induction(T0),after induction(T1),before endotracheal intubation(T2),1 min after endotracheal intubation(T3),3 min(T4),5 min(T5);(2)Use MFF multi-point film pressure test system and Tracer DAQ Professional software record the impact force,average pressure,peak force and force distribution of the two groups in the whole operation of the intubation;(3)Postoperative follow-up patients with pain in the throat of the patient.Results:1.comped with common laryngoscope tablet,reduced impact force laryngoscopic lens' hardnessis more lower(P<0.05);2.The impact force,average pressure and peak force in group reduced impact force laryngoscopic lens' is lower than group common laryngoscope tablet(P<0.05);3.The force distribution is similar in the two groups,all show that the pressure is mainly distributed in the distal end of laryngoscope;4.The HR?DBP?SBP and MAP is similar at T0 and T1(P>0.05),while at T2?T3?T4 and T5 the group reduced impact force laryngoscopic lens' is lower than group common laryngoscope tablet(P<0.05);Compared with T1,the changes of SBP,DBP,HR and MAP in normal laryngoscopy group at T2,T3 and T4 were statistically significant(P<0.05),while in group reduced impact force laryngoscopic lens' the changes were no statistical significance(P>0.05).5.Compared with group common laryngoscope tablet,the pain of throat complications is lower than group reduced impact force laryngoscopic lens'(P<0.05),and the pain degreein the group reduced impact force laryngoscopic lens' is lower than group common laryngoscope tablet(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Low impact laryngoscope tablet has lower hardness than normal throat lens.2.The force distribution is similar in the two groups,all show that the pressure is mainly distributed in the distal end of laryngoscope;The pressure of the low impact laryngoscope tablet in each stage of the intubation was significantly lower than that of the normal throat lens.3.The effect of the low impact laryngoscope tablet on hemodynamics was less than that of normal throat lens.4.Whether it's in the incidence rate or in the severity of the throat pain,the low impact laryngoscope tablet is lower than the normal laryngoscopy.
