| Purpose:Data mining on the 4983 cases of effective TCM constitution in the TCM constitution database of Chinese medicine four diagnostic apparatus in Nancho ng Hospital of TCM,to analyze the distribution of TCM constitution in the Pop ulation and the Old People in Nanchong City and the characteristics of TCM c onstitution between the elderly and the non elderly.Method:We collected 5005 cases of TCM constitution data of Nanchong City Hosp ital of TCM,excluding 22 cases of incomplete data,received 4983 cases of ef fective physical data.To Analyze,Sort out and Categorize the effective data,whi ch including 1054 cases of the elderly,3929 cases of non-elderly.Results:Totally 1054 cases were collected,among the elderly population,Gentlenes s type accounted for 21.9 percent,pathological constitutionsaccounted for 78.1 p ercent.The distribution of eight pathological constitutions were:Yin-deficiency ty pe 206 cases(19.5%)>Qi-deficiency type 154 cases(16.2%)>Yang-deficiency type 154 cases(14.6%)>Phlegm-wetness type 123 cases(11.7%)>Qi-depres sion type 62 cases(5.9%)>Wet-heat type 36cases(3.4%)>Special diathesis type 36 cases(3.4%)> Blood-stasis type 35 cases(3.3%).In Nanchong City elderly population,Yin deficiency type ratio is 19.5%,which is higher than the general elderly population of Yin deficiency type ratio.The proportion of Yang deficiency type in Nanchong is much higher than that in China,and blood st asis type ratio is less.There were significant differences in constitution betwee n the elderly and the non-elderly,the elderly over 70 years old and 60-70 yea rs old,old men and old women.Conclusion:Through the study of TCM Constitution in Nanchong City,it revealed the distribution law of TCM Constitution Types in Nanchong population and the el derly population,which is of great significance to the physical fitness and heal th guidance.Deficiency,which is increasing of age,is the most obvious feature of the elderly,comparing with the young people in Nanchong City. |
