The Clinical Observation Of Dingchuan Decoction In Treating AECOPD Patients Type Of Phlegm Heat Obstructing Lung

Purposes of the Research:In this study,we investigated the therapeutic effect of Dingchuan decoction on the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)and the acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(CHD).Sexual and safety,aiming to explore the clinical advantages of Dingchuan Tang in the treatment of CAP,and enrich the clinical application of Dingchuan Tang.Methods: 66 cases of inpatients were randomly divided into two groups.Among them,3 cases were removed from the control group,2 cases were treated in the treatment group,30 cases in the final control group,30 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group.example.Treatment group according to GOLD 2016 guidelines to conventional treatment,the treatment group on the basis of the addition of traditional Chinese medicine without fried granules Dingchuan Tang,observation course of 10 days.The overall clinical curative effect,TCM score,individual TCM syndrome score,pulmonary function,arterial blood gas analysis,infection and inflammation index were observed.The above data into the SPESS17.0 for statistical analysis.The total effective rate was 96.77% in the treatment group and 93.33% in the control group.The overall clinical curative effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P <0.05).The improvement rate of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment group was 96.77%,90% in the control group and the control group was better than the control group(P <0.05).The improvement of cough,wheezing,sputum volume,sputum color,quality and shortness of breath in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P <0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in the improvement of FEV1,FEV1 / FEV1prep(P <0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing PaCO2 and improving PaO2(P <0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in reducing WBC,N%,CRP and PCT(P <0.05).Conclusion: In the AECOPD Western medicine on the basis of conventional treatment with traditional Chinese medicine without fried granules Dingchuan Tang,can significantly improve its clinical symptoms,promote the recovery of lung function,reduce infection and inflammation indicators,improve clinical efficacy,and safety without adverse reactions,Worthy of clinical application.
