Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency Type With Moving Cupping Following Meridians On The Back Combined With Fuzi Lizhong Pills

Objective: To study the clinical effect of the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome of spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome in Sichuan area by the combination of moving cupping following meridians on the back combined with Fuzi Lizhong pills.Methods: The 60 patients with chronic fatigue syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency type in Sichuan area were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each with 30 cases.The two groups were treated with Fuzi Lizhong pills,and the treatment group was added with the back cupping.Two groups were treated for a course of 6 weeks,a course of treatment for clinical observation.Results:(1)After treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups in the FS-14 score(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group;(2)After treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups in the SPHERE score(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group;(3)There was no significant difference in the SDS scores between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05);(4)After treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups in the PSQI score(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group;(5)The two groups have obvious curative effect,the total effective rate of the treatment group is 93.3%,the total effective rate of the control group is 56.7%,the two groups have obvious difference(P<0.05),the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Moving cupping following meridians on the back combined with Fuzi lizhong pills and only eat Fuzi lizhong Pill on spleen deficiency type of chronic fatigue syndrome in Sichuan area have the curative effect,curative effect of moving cupping following meridians on the back combined with Fuzi Lizhong pill is better than just eat Fuzi lizhong pill,moving cupping following meridians on the back combined with Fuzilizhong pills in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome,worthy of further clinical research and promotion.
