Observe The Clinical Effect Of Nourishing Liver And Kidney On The Treatment Of White Lesions Of The Vulva

Objective:To observe the Clinical effect of Nourishing liver and kidney on the treatment of white lesions of the Vulva(liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome),and explore its mechanism.At the same time to explore factors that may affect clinical efficacy.Method:In this study,we used their own before and after the control of clinical trials.These cases meeting the inclusion criteria of white lesions of the Vulva(liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome)were collected in Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital of gynecological clinic.Using comprehensive therapy of Gui Shao Zuo Guiying add flavor drink,white Yellow Sophora lotion fumigation bath and Huangqi cream external applying for 12 weeks.Then observe the Clinical effect of the main symptoms,signs and TCM syndromes before treatment and after 4,8,12 weeks of treatment.Finally,analysis the factor that may affect the clinical efficacy according to the observation results.Result:(1)The main symptoms(itching)efficacy: After three courses of treatment,itching apparent rates of the treatment were: 23.33% after 4 weeks and 43.33% after 8weeks,and 46.67% after 12 weeks.The effective rates were:86.67% after 4 weeks of treatment,90.00% after 8 weeks of treatment,and 98.33% after 12 weeks of treatment.Itching symptom score value reduced from(8.22 ± 1.86)of before treatment to(2.87± 1.66)of after treatment,Significant differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Signs efficacy: After three courses of treatment,the signs apparent rates of the treatment were:1.67% after 4 weeks of treatment and 3.33% after 8 weeks of treatment,and 10.00% after 12 weeks of treatment.The effective rates were 30.00%after 4 weeks of treatment,43.33% after 8 weeks of treatment and 60.00% after 12 weeks of treatment.(1)The integral value of lesion range decreased from(7.68 ± 1.72)of before treatment to(5.43 ± 2.24)of after treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).(2).The integral value of hypopigmentation decreased from(20.95 ± 5.28)of before treatment to(13.20 ±7.77)of after treatment,and the difference was significant(P <0.05).(3)TCM Syndromes efficacy: After three courses of treatment,the TCM Syndromes apparent rates of the treatment were:6.67% after 4 weeks of treatment and26.67% after 8 weeks of treatment,and 60.00% after 12 weeks of treatment.The effective rates were 88.33% after 4 weeks of treatment,95.00% after 8 weeks of treatment and 96.67% after 12 weeks of treatment.The total score was reduced from(22.27 ± 4.88)of before treatment to(6.55 ± 2.86)of after treatment,Significant differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).(4)Analysis of related factors affecting the efficacy:(1)The correlation coefficient between the course of disease and the itching efficacy was-0.470,the two were negatively correlated,P=0.001 <0.05,the correlation coefficient was statistically significant.(2)The correlation coefficient between the course of disease and the Signs efficacy was-0.427,the negative correlation between the two,P =0.01<0.05,the correlation coefficient was statistically significant.(3)The correlation coefficient between the course of disease and TCM Syndromes efficacy was-0.338,and the correlation coefficient was statistically significant P=0.008<0.05.the correlation coefficient was statistically significant.(4)The correlation coefficient between age and TCM syndromes was-0.314,the two were negatively correlated,P=0.014 <0.05,the correlation coefficient was statistically significant.(5)The correlation coefficient between the birth rate and the TCM syndromes was-0.289,the negative correlation was negative,P = 0.025 <0.05,the correlation coefficient was statistically significant.Conclusion:(1)The method of Nourishing liver and kidney can effectively relieve the vulva white lesions(liver and kidney yin deficiency)patients with genital itching,burning,pain symptoms.(2)The method of Nourishing liver and kidney can reduce lesions of the white lesions of the Vulva,and reduce the score of hypopigmentation.(3)The method of Nourishing liver and kidney can effectively improve the vulva white lesions in patients with dizziness,tinnitus,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,less vaginal discharge,less menstruation and other traditional Chinese medicine syndrome.(4)Using comprehensive therapy of Gui Shao Zuo Guiying add flavor drink,white Yellow Sophora lotion fumigation bath and Huangqi cream external applying treat vulvar white lesions of liver and kidney yin deficiency effect is definite.(5)Related factors affecting the efficacy:(1)course of disease and the efficacy of the main symptoms,signs of efficacy,TCM syndromes was negatively correlated,indicating that the longer course,the worse the efficacy may be.(2)The age,birth rate and TCM syndrome were negatively correlated.
