The Clinical Observation To Cure The Liver And Kidney Deficiency Type Elderly Isolated Systolic Hypertension By Using Regulating And Nourishing Liver And Kidney Theory Of The Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:To observe the clinical effects of Huangqigouqi decoction by using regulating and nourishing liver and kidney methods for elderly isolated systolic hypertension.In Traditional Chinese Medicine words,Huangqigouqi decoction is for the patients of deficiency of both the liver and kidney.Methods:Study 60 Liver and kidney two deficiency type of elderly patients with simple systolic hypertension patients,divide them into treatment group and control group randomized.All included cases treated with low salt and low fat diet,suitable activity.The treatment group with Huangqigouqi decoction which has regulating and nourishing liver and kidney effect.Decocting these herbs by tisanes machine in the Tisanes Room of the First Affiliated Hospital of Yunnan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Each decoction for 3 bags, each bag is 200 ml, taking a bag each time in temperature one hour after meal, three times a day.At the same time oral benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine(Norvasc, manufactured by Pfizer Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd., [approval] Chinese medicine quasi word H10950224) usage:oral,5 mg,once a day.The patients in control group were treated with oral benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine(Norvasc, manufactured by Pfizer Pharmaceutical Co.Ltd., [approval] Chinese medicine quasi word H10950224) usage: oral, 5mg, daily one time.The two groups took it as a treatment course in 4 weeks. Observing the curative effects,safety and drug advised reactions of two groups of patients in before-and-after treatment a treatment course later.According to《 The Traditional Chinese Medicine New Drug Clinical Research Principles》 as thereference to make scoring criteria and curative evaluation.Results:It plans to survey 60 cases,but survey 61 cases actually,31 cases as a treatment group and 30 cases as a control group.The treatment did not conform to the audit and was eliminated in 1 case(see table 1).Statistical analysis use SPSS17.0 statistical software.The effective rate for improving clinical symptoms was 90.0% in the treatment group,compared with the control group(66.67%) had significant difference(P<0.05),the clinical effects were better than the control group;The total effective rate for lowering blood pressure of the treatment group was 93.33%, compared with the control group(73.33%) had Significant difference(P<0.05), the clinical effects were better than the control group.Two groups of patients did not found abnormalities or adverse reactions during the observation,there was no significant change in heart rate before and after treatment(P>0.05),There was no significant difference in laboratory safety index before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Through clinical observation,Huangqigouqi decoction to cure liver and kidney deficiency type elderly isolated systolic hypertension is effective in the treatment,and no obvious side effects.
