Objectives: To investigate the relationship between clinical manifestations and DAVID lumbar vertebra activity in patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain. Methods: All the outpatients were selected as CNLBP group according to the CNLBP diagnostic criteria.60 patients with normal volunteers were selected as the normal group. The JOA score of the lumbar spine in all CNLBP patients was measured under the guidance of three trained assessors. The lumbar vertebra activity test was performed using the German DAVID lumbar vertebrae. The flexion, extension and cross section of the sagittal plane were measured Of the left, right, the coronal plane of the left side of the right, the right side of the maximum flexion activity. The spearman correlation analysis and linear regression analysis were performed on the measured lumbar vertebra activity and the lumbar JOA score,VAS score and lumbar spine activity in CNLBP group. Results:There was no significant difference in gender, age, height and body weight between CNLBP group and normal group(P> 0.05).The flexion and extension activity of the sagittal plane of the lumbar vertebrae and the lateral flexion of the coronal plane were measured by rank and rank, the flexion and extension of the sagittal plane of the lumbar spine and the left and right lateral flexion of the coronal plane were measured by the rank sum test. The posterior extension z =-6.428,P = 0,flexion z =-6.788,P =0,right flexion z=-4.374,P = 0,left flexion z =-4.130,P = 0;cross-section of the right-hand and left-handed activity by LSD-t test, right t = 8.167,P = 0,left t = 7.363,P =0,the difference was significant(P <0.01).Indicating that CNLBP group of lumbar vertebral activity was significantly worse than the normal group.Spearman correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the values of lumbar JOA score and lumbar vertebra activity(P <0.05),and VAS score was negatively correlated with lumbar vertebra activity(P <0.05).Linear regression analysis showed that the values of the JOA score were positively correlated with the lumbar vertebrae activity in CNLBP patients. There was a negative linear relationship between the VAS score and the lumbar vertebra activity in CNLBP patients(P <0.05).Conclusions: 1.Chronic non-specific low back pain patients in the sagittal back to the back, sagittal forward flexion,cross-section rotation to the right,cross-section rotation to the left, forehead to the right side of the bend, forehead to the left side of the six directions of activities Compared with normal volunteers, the former were significantly worse than normal volunteers, chronic non-specific low back pain patients worse.2.The JOA score of lumbar vertebrae in patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain was positively correlated with lumbar vertebra activity. The more severe clinical manifestations were, the worse the lumbar vertebra activity was.The VAS score of patients with chronic non-specific low back pain was negatively linearly related to the lumbar vertebra activity, and the more severe the patient's pain was,the worse the lumbar vertebra activity was.3.The clinical manifestations of patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain are closely related to lumbar vertebra activity.Lumbar vertebra activity can be used as an important reference for CNLBP diagnosis and evaluation. It provides a more scientific solution for clinical prevention and treatment of CNLBP.
