| PurposeBased on the five years' clinical medical record data from Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Chongqing Kaizhou TCM Hospital Pixian Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine,Shifang Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine,Fushun Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine,Pengzhou Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine,this paper tried to investigate the application about the blood-activating and stasis-resolving Chinese medicinal herbs in treatment of primary hepatic carcinoma.And it analyzed the influence on the the survival time of patients,tumor metastasis and liver cancer patients' short-term effects.It provided reference for blood circulation medicine' clinical application.MethodsBy retrospective study,340 cases which include primary liver cancer from both impatient and outpatient department were collected from May 2011 to May 2016 and were divided into the Traditional Chinese Medicine group(the blood-activating and stasis-resolving of Traditional Chinese Medicine group and without the blood-activating and stasis-resolving of Traditional Chinese Medicine group),the Chinese with Western Medicine group(the blood-activating and stasis-resolving of Chinese and Western Medicine group and without the blood-activating and stasis-resolving of Chinese and Western Medicine group)and the Western Medicine group.It statistically compared different queues' survival time by using Kaplan-Meier survival analysis,and details treatment models into the blood-activating and stasis-resolving of Traditional Chinese Medicine,without the blood-activating and stasis-resolving of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the blood-activating and stasis-resolving of Chinese and Western Medicine and without the blood-activating and stasis-resolving of Chinese and Western Medicine.Then it compares every queue's influence on the survival rates,transfer rates,effective rates and control rate.ResultsAll the 340 liver cancers' average survival time is 18.31 months.The Chinese with Western Medicine group was the longest,22.394 months.The second is the TCM group,it's 14.286 months.While the Western Medicine group was only 14.138 months.Compared with the Traditional Chinese Medicine group and the Western Medicine group,the Chinese and Western Medicine group has significant difference(P<0.01);however the TCM group and the Western Medicine group have no significant difference(P>0.05)in survival time.The blood-activating and stasis-resolving of TCM group and without the blood-activating and stasis-resolving of Traditional Chinese Medicine have no significant difference in survival time(P>0.05).The blood-activating and stasis-resolving of TCM Chinese Medicine group's half-year survival rate,one-yearsurvival rate,two-year survival rate,three-year survival rate,five-year survival rate are respectively 19.72%,29.58%,43.66%,5.63%,0.00%.However,the without blood-activating and stasis-resolving of TCM group's survival rates are 40.00%,21.82%,27.27%,5.45%,1.82%.For tumor staging patients in stage A and stage B,the blood circulation of TCM group and without the blood-activating and stasis-resolving of TCM group have no significant difference in facilitating the metastasis of tumors(P>0.05).The blood-activating and stasis-resolving of Chinese and Western Medicine group and without the blood-activating and stasis-resolving of Chinese and Western Medicine group have no significant difference in survival time(P>0.05).The blood-activating and stasis-resolving of Chinese and Western Medicine group's half-year survival rate,one-year survival rate,two-year survival rate,three-year survival rate,five-year survival rate are respectively13.75%,25.00%,27.50%,21.25%,7.50%.While,the rates of without the blood-activating and stasis-resolving of Chinese and Western Medicine group are 23.08%,26.15%,23.08%,15.38%,4.61%.For tumor staging patients in stage A and stage B,the blood-activating and stasis-resolving of Chinese and Western Medicine group and without the blood-activating and stasis-resolving of Chinese and Western Medicine group have no significant difference in facilitating the metastasis of tumors(P>0.05).To short-term clinical effects,after three-month Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment,the effective rate of the blood-activating and stasis-resolving of TCM group and without the blood-activating and stasis-resolving of TCM group to cure cancer are both 0.The cancer control rate of the blood-activating and stasis-resolving of TCM group is 77.5%;the without blood-activating and stasis-resolving of TCM group is80.0%.After three-month treatment,the two groups have no significant difference in the control level of tumor size(P>0.05).The effective rates of the blood-activating and stasis-resolving of Chinese and Western Medicine group and the without blood-activating and stasis-resolving of Chinese and Western Medicine group are60.8% and 60.9%.The rate of cancer control the blood circulation of Chinese and Western Medicine group is 89.9%;while the without blood-activating and stasis-resolving of Chinese and Western Medicine group is 87.5%.By statistical testing,these two group have no significant difference in relieving and controling of tumor size(P>0.05).After six-month-treatment,the effective rate of the blood-activating and stasis-resolving of TCM group and the without blood-activating and stasis-resolving of TCM group to cure cancer are both 0.The rate of cancer control the blood-activating and stasis-resolving of TCM group is 54.7%;the without blood-activating and stasis-resolving of TCM group is 52.5%.By statistical testing,the two groups' treatment have no significant difference in the control level of tumor size(P>0.05).However,for the blood-activating and stasis-resolving of Chinese and Western Medicine group and the without blood-activating and stasis-resolving of Chinese and Western Medicine group,their effective rates are 45.2% and 41.1%.The cancer control rate of theblood-activating and stasis-resolving of Chinese and Western Medicine group is 80.8%,and the without blood-activating and stasis-resolving of Chinese and Western Medicine groupis 82.1%.After six-month-treatment,by statistical testing,these two groups have no significant difference in relieving and controling of tumor size(P>0.05).In 171 patients' treatment,who use the blood-activating and stasis-resolving of TCM,the most frequent used medicines are Curcumae zedoary,Rhizoma Sparganii,Peach kernel,Ligusticum wallichii,Rhizoma curcumae longae.Concludes1.This study found:The Chinese Traditional and Western medicine treatment has precise curative effect on liver cancer.It can significantly improve the survival time of liver cancer patients,especially for their mid-and long-term survival rates.But only the Traditional Chinese Medicine or the Western Medicine,has no significant difference to prolong the survival time of liver cancer patients.2.In the rate of tumour transport,The intervention of the blood-activating and stasis-resolving of TCM compound for has no obvious effect on tumor growth and metastasis in patients with liver cancer,compared with the without blood-activating and stasis-resolving of TCM.3.The intervention of the blood-activating and stasis-resolving and the without blood-activating and stasis-resolving of TCM compound,have therapeutic equivalence in prolonging the survival time of liver cancer patients and controling level of tumor size in the near future. |
