The Curative Effect Evaluation On Treatment Of Reflux Esophagitis With Kangfu Xin Liquid

Objective:Compare the effect of Kangfuxin liquid,Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules,Kangfuxin liquid combined with Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules by observing their clinical efficacy in treatment of reflux esophagitis(RE),Evaluation the efficacy and safety of Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of reflux esophagitis to provide a new alternative method for the clinical treatment of reflux esophagitis.Methods:The 60 patients satisfied with inclusion and exclusion criteria for reflux esophagitis who are treated in clinic department of Gastroenterology,Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2014 to February 2017 are selected to research,a way of randomized,positive drug-controlled trial is used.Divide these cases into three groups by random number table method:Kangfuxin liquid group,combined group,pantoprazole group,there are 20 cases in each group.Kangfuxin liquid group is treated with Kangfuxin liquid,pantoprazole group receives Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules,combined group is treated with Kangfuxin liquid and Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules,four weeks for each course of treatment,take these aspects:symptoms and physical signs improvement situation before and after treatment for the three groups,total scores of symptoms improvement,Clinical comprehensive effect,satisfaction analysis,security check etc as the criteria to evaluate clinical efficacy.Record data in detail to build database then utilize SPSS 22.0 software to do statistics and analyze results.Results: Eventually included number of patient is 60 cases,20 cases for Kangfuxin liquid group,20 cases for combined group,20 cases for pantoprazole group,there are no significant differences in sex,age,course of disease,nature of work,alcohol and tobacco preference and endoscopic score before treatment(P> 0.05),with comparable,the comparing results of clinical efficacy are as follows:(1)Comparison of clinical symptoms improvement situation: Comparing differences in symptoms after treatment both in combined group and Kangfuxin liquid group shows statistical significance(P<0.05),indicating that symptoms ar e improved in both group.Comparing differences in the symptoms of acid refl ux,heartburn,chest pain before and after treatment for pantoprazole group shows statistical significance(P<0.05),indicating that symptoms are improved.Ho wever,Comparing differences in the symptom of belching before and after trea tment shows no statistical significance,indicating that improvement is not obvi ous after treatment for belching.(2)Comparison of total scores in clinical symptoms: comparing differences in total scores before and after treatment for three groups shows statistical significance(P<0.05),indicating that all these three groups can help to improve.The combined group performs better compared to other two groups obviously,the differences are statistically significant(P <0.05).(3)Clinical comprehensive effect: evaluate efficacy for three groups after treatment,there are 1 case,3 cases and 1case is cured for Kangfuxin liquid group,combined group and pantoprazole group respectively;14 cases,15 cases,8 cases shows significant effect respectively;2 cases,1 case,7 cases shows effect respectively;the ratio of significant effect is 70.0%?80.0% and 40.0%;the ratio of effect is 85.0%?95.0% and 80.0%(4)Satisfaction analysis: the satisfaction rate for the treatment in Kangfuxin liquid group is 80.0%,combined group is 95.0%,pantoprazole group is 75.0%,comparing differences among groups shows no statistical significance,indicating that patients in three groups are satisfied with their therapeutic effect.(5)Security analysis: in our study,there are no adverse events with clinical value definitely confirmed related to drugs used in the treatment found temporarily.Conclusion:Kangfuxin liquid combined with Pantoprazole Sodium Enteric-coated Capsules shows significant effect in treatment of reflux esophagitis,it can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,and no side effects of safety.
