Objective:To explore the differences between different quantitative parameters of dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance imaging in the molecular classification of breast cancer. Methods:We retrospectively collected breast cancer patients diagnosed by ultrasound biopsy between September 2015 and December 2017 in this hospital. All patients underwent DCE-MRI examination of the breast and obtained the Ktrans and Kep constants.Extravascular extracellular space volume ratio(Ve)is more than three quantitative parameters. The patient's immunohistochemistry results were collected and based on the expression of estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(Her-2),and cell proliferation antigen Ki-67.Molecular typing for breast cancer patients. The same quantitative enhancement parameters were used to test whether there were differences between the four breast cancer molecular classifications using one-way ANOVA.Results:81 breast cancer patients were included in the study, all were female, aged 30-76 years, median age 48 years;classification was based on immunohistochemical results, including 25 cases of Luminal A breast cancer patients,Ktrans,Kep,Ve were 1.42±0.26,2.30±0.35,0.52±0.05;23 cases of Luminal type B breast cancer patients,Ktrans,Kep,Ve were 1.30±0.31,2.22±0.31,0.56±0.04;Her-2 overexpression type 20 patients with breast cancer,Ktrans,Kep,and Ve were 1.80±0.20,3.10±0.43,and 0.53±0.02 respectively;13 patients with triple-negative breast cancer,Ktrans,Kep,and Ve were 1.79±0.09,3.21±0.33,and 0.40±0.07,respectively.Quantitative parameters Ktrans values were statistically significant between Lumianl type A and Her-2 overexpression,Lumianl type A and triple negative,Luminal type B and Her-2 overexpression,Luminal type B and triple negative.P values were 0.02,0.01,0.004,0.002,respectively;Kep values were in Luminal A and Her-2 overexpression,Lumianl A and triple negative,Luminal B and Her-2 overexpression,Luminal B and triple negative The difference was statistically significant, with P values of 0.003,0.001,0.001,and 0.001,respectively;Ve values between Lumianl type A and triple negative,Luminal type B and triple negative,Her-2 overexpression and triple negative. The difference was statistically significant, with P values of 0.004,0.001,and 0.002,respectively.Conclusion:DCE-MRI quantitative parameters can predict breast cancer molecular typing to some extent.
