Objective:To observe the survival rate,interleukin 6(IL-6)and pathological changes of pancreas tissue in severe acute pancreatitis in rats,and the influence of Vera Pammy on them.Methods:SD rats were randomly divided into different groups,using the "L-arginine" model,the 3 groups were observed in animal experiment,A group: 20 rats in normal control group;group B: L-arginine induced group 20;group C: L-arginine induced group 20 +intraperitoneal injection of Vera Pammy;then the observation and detection of three groups of rat survival rate,plasma interleukin 6(IL-6)level,pathological morphology of pancreatic tissue.Results:After the success of the modeling of SD rats with Vera Pammy's C group than in B group with high survival rate(P <0.05);6 and 12 hours respectively compared with B,C group IL-6,two time B group than in C group(P<0.05);6,12 hours B,C two groups of SD rat pancreatic tissue edema,under light microscope,inflammatory hemorrhage,necrosis was less than that in B group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Vera Pammy can improve the survival rate of severe acute pancreatitis,reduce plasma IL-6 level,and reduce the pathological score of pancreatitis,which is effective for severe acute pancreatitis. |
