| Objective:1.To study the dynamic changes and clinical significance of ischemia modifiedalbumin in patients with severe cerebrovascular disease at different time points.2.To explore the correlation between serum ischemia modified protein level andNIHSS score,APACHEII score,GCS score and GOS score. Methods:According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, have collected 81 cases within 24 hours of stroke onset of acute cerebrovascular disease in the department of neurology and energency department of Shanxi people’s hospital.Among them,59 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into severe group and non-severe group,28 cases in severe group and 31 cases in non-severe group. And 22 patients with cerebral hemorrhage were divided into severe group and non-severe group,8 cases in severe group and 14 cases in non-severe group. All enrolled patients were extract 7ml venous blood on admission, the first day of onset, the third day,the fifth day and the seventh day,and to detect the level of serum IMA by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. In addition,NIHSS score was performed on admission, the first day of onset, the third day,the fifth day and the seventh day.GCS and APACHEII scores were performed on admission.and GOS score was performed when the patient was discharged from the hospital. Results:The IMA of patients with acute cerebral infarction within 24 h of onset in on the rise, while the IMA of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage within 24 h is not obvious.Compared with the non-sereve group, the fifth day IMA levels of sereve group with acute cerebral increased significantly, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:IMA is highly expressed in patients with acute severe cerebral infarction and the IMA level is the highest at fifth day, which can be used as an indicator to assess the patient’s condition and prognosis. |
