Effect Of Serum Albumin Injection On NIHSS Score,ADL Score And Blood HsCRP Index In Patients With Cerebral Infarction

Objective:This article aims to investigate the effect of serum albumin injection on NIHSS score,ADL score and related indicators of body inflammatory response: hsCRP.Method:Collect 68 cases of the patients who sufferring the acute cerebral infarction and receive inpatient treatment on March to November in 2016.The participates that met the requirements were randomly grouped according to the random number table,The control group(Conventional treatment in neurology)and the experimental group(On the basis of conventional treatment,serum albumin injection was added).Both groups were given a course of 14 days.Taken the participate’s blood on the second and the fourteenth day separately.And marked the score of NIHSS and ADL on the first and the fourteenth day.Results:1.Comparison of NHISS scores: there was no statistically significant difference in efficient between the two groups(P>0.05).There was statistically significant difference in Significant efficiency between the two groups(P<0.05).2.Comparison of ADL scores: there was no statistically significant difference in efficient between the two groups(P>0.05).3.There was no statistical difference in hs-CRP level between the two groups before the treatment(P=0.227,P>0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups after the treatment(P>0.05).4.There was a correlation between Hs-CRP and NIHSS scores in the same period before treatment(P=0.039,P<0.05).However,there was no correlation between Hs-CRP and NIHSS scores in the same period after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.By comparing the results between the two groups,we found that the significant efficiency of patients in the control group was more effective.The serum albumin injection can promote the movement of patients with cerebral infarction and daily life ability recovery,to improve the patient’s nerve function defect degree,improve the clinical curative effect,worth clinical application.2.Hs-CRP can be used as a marker of serum in patients with acute cerebral infarction,but unfortunately,there is no significant correlation between the patient’s prognosis and the assessment of the severity of the disease.
