Objective:Through the measurement of blood pressure, waist circumference and hip circumference of 3612 children aged 6 to 12 years old in Fenyang city of Shanxi province, this paper discusses the prevalence and influencing factors of hypertension between 6 to 12 year old children in Fenyang city. Methods:This study adopts the method of stratified cluster random sampling to select samples,As a sampling point, the learn street primary school, experimental primary school and six kindergartens in fenyang city district, fenyang city,to register all of the students as the research object. When cluster sampling, the selected class can meet the minimum number of samples. The target of the study was fenyang city census, which did not suffer from diseases such as cold, diarrhea, fever, infectious diseases or taking high blood pressure drugs and so on.And ask for read the all 6 ~ 12 years old students in sample school on blood pressure and body mass index(height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, upper arm circumference and skinfold)measurement, body mass index(BMI)directly. And issue questionnaires to students' parents,to complete the survey to 4235 people, the content of the questionnaire involving the born situation, whether breast-feeding,smoking or drinking and nutritional status, the normal(A Week)movement, sleep, past medical history, the situation of parents' height and weight, parents' education, parents drinking smoking status and family population and annual income of students, etc. After the unified guidance of WeChat group in each class, the parents will fill in the instructions, and the next day will be collected by the head teacher. There were 36,12 valid data collected,565 questionnaires were rejected due to incomplete data, and 58 were not in the age range of the search. This topic of detection index and the investigation involved in the project are in strict accordance with the "twelfth five-year" polycentric children hypertension status survey technical plan execution,The diagnostic criteria for children's hypertension are based on the reference standard for blood pressure in children and adolescents in China in 2010(completed by the development of blood pressure reference standard for children aged 3 to 17 in China),The diagnostic criteria for obesity were established by the 2004 Chinese school-age children who were overweight and obese, and the BMI was defined as a classification standard(WGOC).The results and the data of the questionnaire using SPSS 21.0 statistical software for statistical analysis, numerical variable data statistical description by ? formula,T test, variance analysis and other methods were used to make statistical inference. The data of categorical variables were statistically described by the relative number, and by comparison between the chi-square test and analysis group,At the same time, person correlation analysis was used to carry out correlation analysis, and multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of children's hypertension, and P < 0.05 was considered to be statistically significant.Results:1.Hypertension situation of children aged 6 ~ 12 in fenyang city:in the 3,612 children eligible for the survey, the number of boys in 1876 was 51.9%,and the number of girls was 1736,accounting for 48.1%.There were 65 children who met the criteria for hypertension diagnosis, accounting for 1.80%.Among them,44 male students and 21 female students accounted for 67.69% and 32.31% respectively. The ratio of boys to girls was 2.10:1.The simple systolic blood pressure increased by 19.The simple diastolic blood pressure was increased by 27,and the second was 19.2.Compared with the average systolic blood pressure of boys and girls,t=3.957,P=0.000,the difference was statistically significant;Compared with the average diastolic blood pressure of male and female,t=2.766,P=0.006,the difference was statistically significant; In the same age group, the average diastolic blood pressure and average systolic pressure of male students were higher than that of female students.3.Body mass index, waist circumference, height, hip circumference and skinfold, upper arm circumference and diastolic blood pressure values are positively correlated relationship between, and also were positively correlated relationship between systolic blood pressure values.4.The results of single factor analysis on the related factors of hypertension showed that different birth methods, birth weight, father's BMI,blood pressure genetic history, maternal culture degree and residence style have an influence on children's hypertension.Dietary factors like meat, dairy products,Fried foods, salty foods, vinegar, sugar, soy products, fruits, vegetables, walnuts and potatoes have an effect on childhood hypertension. The average daily use of mobile phone/tablet/computer time, nap, total sleep time, moderate intensity exercise, and walking time had an effect on childhood hypertension.5.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was performed on the basis of single factor analysis. The results showed that there was a genetic history of hypertension, the degree of maternal culture in primary school and the way of living with parents.Dietary factors like meat, dairy products,Fried foods, salty foods, vinegar, sugar, soy products, fruits, vegetables, walnuts and potatoes have an impact on children's hypertension. And natural birth;Dairy products, vinegar, bean products, fruits, vegetables, walnuts, potatoes;Naps, total sleep time, moderate intensity exercise, and walking are protective factors for high blood pressure in children. Conclusion:By screening the blood pressure 4 times on different days,it is necessary to determine whether children's hypertension is detected by blood pressure screening at different time points on different days. The prevalence rate of hypertension among children in fenyang city is lower than that of Chinese children in recent ten years, and that of boys is higher than that of girls.Overweight and obesity are the main influencing factors of hypertension in children in Fenyang city. What's more, the childbirth style, mother's education level, different living style, bad eating habits, sleep and exercise are also the influence factors. In Fenyang city, the government, schools and parents should pay more attention to children's blood pressure condition, regular monitoring of blood pressure, reasonable adjust the diet structure, control obesity, strengthen physical training,in order to prevent the occurrence of hypertension in children.
