ObjectiveSanyin Decoction from Citrus aurantium,Citrus reticulata Blanco,Poria,Radix curcumae,Zhu Ru and other medicines to form.It has effect on the bile and stoma chas,soothing the liver and regulating qi to agent is an effective prescription for th e treatment of phlegm heat stagnation caused by the disturbance of generalized anxi ety disorder.As the prescription developed into a convenient tablet for patients to us e.In this study,we used the modern pharmaceutical technology to the prescription’s Extraction,Purification,concentration and dry.MethodsIn the study of the preparation process,we used the water extraction on the ex traction of combined prescription,study on the purification process of extract after c oncentration,use the extracting effective components rate,metastasis rate as the eval uation index of Technology.At the same time,use the single factor method to study on water extract concentration process,purification process,drying process.Finally,t o determine the route stability,provide the basis for industrialized production.In the study of the quality standard,we identified Citrus reticulata blanco,Citrus sinensis Osbeck,Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch by the thin-layer chromatography(TLC).The limits and determination methods of Synephrine in the preparation was establisher by using the high perpormance liquid chromatogration(HPLC).ResultsThe preparation process,the optimum preparation conditions were:medicinal herbs in water for 8 times of water decocting 3 times after 30 minutes,1.5 hours each time the decocting,collecting volatile oil,filtering,merging filtrate;Vacuum concentrated(-0.08Mpa,80 ℃)to the relative density of 1.10-1.20mg/ml(60℃),The addition of ethanol to the alcohol concentration of 85%mixing,static 24h,filtering,Vacuum drying(-0.08Mpa,80℃),crushed for reserve.In the TLC identification,we found that samples and control position chromatograms show the same color spots,the spots were vivid,with high resolution,which the negative sample did not.Determination of synephrine in HPLC method for the determination of high specificity,high precision.The effect of temperature on the content of synephrine is larger,and humidity,illumination on the three because the content of synephrine tablets had little effect.In high humidity and light illumination conditions,reduce the content of synephrine were trend,but decreased the content of slower.Therefore,in the formulation of storage conditions should be fully consider the temperature effect.ConclusionsThe preparation process is reasonable and simple,stable and feasible;TLC iden tification method is simple and quick,strong specificity,dot roundness is clear,with out the interference of negative control;content determination method of high sensiti vity,strong specificity,good reproducibility.Stability,controllable quality standard.
