| In this paper,organic polymer monolith column were prepared with MAA as functional monomer and EDMA as cross linking agent.The influence of different preparation conditions on the properties of the prepared organic polymer monolith columns was researched.The thermodynamic parameter and solvation energy relationship of the prepared optimized organic polymer monolith column were use to explain the mechanism between the probe molecules and stationary phase.And the separations of acidic compound,neutral compound,basic compound and some substituted-benzenes benzene on the prepared optimized organic polymer monolith columns can evaluate its separation efficiency.Then,different organic polymer monolith columns prepared by different functional monomer were compared to find the similarities and differences.At last,in the research of molecularly imprinted monolithic column,the effects of different porogen system and the weight of template molecules on the performance of molecularly imprinted monolithic column were investigated and the optimized molecularly imprinted monolithic column was used to separate the ACEIs.Thermodynamic parameter values of probe molecules revealed that,within the experimental temperature range,a good linear relationship(R~2>0.99)existed between lnk and 1/T,which means the interaction forces mode between the probe molecules and stationary phase were constant.And the retention of all the probe molecules on this hybrid column was an enthalpy-driven process according to the values ofΔH andΔS.From the solvation energy relationship values within the experimental temperature range,it can be concluded that the main interaction forces of stationary phase with probe molecules were acidic hydrogen bonding ability,hydrophobic capability,lone pair of electrons capacity and basic hydrogen bonding ability.The contribution weakened in turn,the acidic hydrogen bonding ability and hydrophobic capability played a leading role.The prepared optimized organic polymer monolith column had a good selectivity on acidic compound,neutral compound,basic compound and some substituted-benzenes benzene with good peak shapes,but it had a bad selectivity on isomers.Meanwhile,the comparative study indicated that poly(methacrylic acid)monolithic column and poly(Butyl Methacrylate)monolithic column had similar column performance and selectivity,also some difference existed.At last,the result of the research on molecularly imprinted monolithic column proved that the prepared ramipril molecularly imprinted monolithic column with the toluene and dodecanol as porogen system had high column efficiency and selectivity,which can separate the ACEIs effectively. |
